"Very pleasant - I missed the last bus and had to take the train (took over 5hours to get to kawazu station). The hotel send a van to pick me up although it was 940pm in the night. Great service. Really appreciate the effort. I come back almost every year - great place to see the cherry blossoms. Has a waterfall in front of the hotsprings."
