Hotels near Harbour Bay Mall

arrive on 27th feb, depart on 02 mar 2015, 2 rooms good points : - all hotel staffs was very friendly at the door, and on front desk. - smiling all the time. - buffet steak dinner was nice but salmon was overcooked and it turn hard. steak was a little chewy. but overall experience was nice. - music performance was nice but it can get too loud, and we had to talk(shout) over the music. - breakfast buffet, you can eat like a platoon of hungry soldiers! lots of varieties. - location is nice close to hypermarket and harbour bay ferry terminal. not much shops at harbour bay mall. - hotel provides taxi service. per trip sgd 5 to go to dc mall or nagoya hill. - pool is nice, surroundings are clean. bad points - housekeeping is not responsive or not understanding what we requested and needed. - upon arrival in the room we found a piece of paper under the study table(very visible) we decided not to pick it up till tomorrow clean up. but to our surprise when we return from our outings, it is still there. they only changed the towels, clean the bed, throw the rubbish that is it. we had requested for extra toothbrush to be send to the room, and there was nothing there in the bathroom, no soap, no toothbrush, no comb, no shampoo or shower wash. nothing!! we were ok! we just called house keeping and request for toothbrush, shampoo and soaps...and when the hotel staff came to the hotel room, he only gave 2 toothbrush and 1 small round face soap. - room service will be nice if the serving is slight a bigger portion. but it was nice taste. - banana fritter was nice, loved it. lastly i would recommend this to hotel to everyone.

The Hotel is very near both at Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal and Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. The Hotel even have a nice surprise note for my husband who was celebrating his birthday that time. They have lots of facilities like billiards, spa, pool gym. There was a musician entertaining guests during night and at the breakfast buffet. If you want to visit the different amenities nearby like the Batik shop, golden Prawn Restaurant they are offering shuttle bus too. The Receptionists and drivers are very accommodating. The only problem I encountered is their internet connection I get disconnected from time to time but overall this Hotel is worth the money!

It’s near harbour bay ferry terminal and Nagoya hill mall. Takes about 5-10mins to each location by car. Breakfast provided were not bad. Food were replenished when it’s finished. Loves the security services provided by the hotel. Security checks were quite thorough. However, the shuttle service is only provided for one way direction to Nagoya hill mall and bcs mall. Tried to take shuttle bus at bcs mall back to hotel but didn’t know where the shuttle bus would stop. End up didn’t met up with the shuttle bus at the scheduled time. Would be good if the hotel provide transport from both directions as the transport there is really inconvenient. Tourists can mainly take taxi however they are not transparent with their price. There was once the taxi driver charged us additional RP$20,000 because he claims that it was night time (9pm) when the usual price from ferry terminal is just $30,000. Though you can call for grab service, they cannot stop at alot of tourist attraction.

A 1 bed room apartment. The apartment came with a small kitchen area with an electric stove and a sink. However, no pans or pots were provided (maybe we had to call reception, but we didnt bother to try). Plates and utensils were provided. There was also a small living room with a sofa and a wall mounted huge television. In the 'bedroom area', there was yet another huge wall mounted television. There was also 2 air conditioning units in the apartment, and both were working perfectly well. The swimming pool is huge, with deckchairs if anybody intends to do some tanning. BEWARE: The location of the hotel as shown on google maps IS WRONG. Take note of the name of the road that the hotel is at, and LOOK FOR THE NAME visually on the map. My friends and I copy and pasted the address onto google maps, and attempted to walk from Harbour Bay port. When we reached the 'location', it was just filled with private houses. We basically just wandered around, looking at people's houses, and we were lucky enough to spot a building that looked like the hotel; and we were right. Actually, the hotel IS IN FACT walking distance from Harbour Bay (around 20minutes or less). The hotel is also a 20min walk away from the famous Nagoya Hills Shopping Mall.

The room is super spacious and clean. I love the design of the room. It's a room on its own and we don't hear noise from next door. The outdoor pool outside the room is just nice for 2 of us. However, the TV reception is not too good. The staff is friendly and non-intrusive. There's also shuttle bus to the malls but you need to book ahead. The massage is in the room nearby so it's super convenient. It's very very near to the 933 Golden Prawn Restaurant and we can just walk there. Heard that it can be quite noisy at night. We didn't stay there on weekends so we were spared the noise. Breakfast is held at the hotel opposite though. There are things to do around the villa but you need to walk there, eg, Go Karting, 3D Museum, Batik Outlet, Fustal Centre, etc.

Counter staffs are friendly and well knowledgeable. If you are not a smoker strongly advised to avoid smoking room. We request for connecting room, and ZEST only have 1 at smoking level. And we thought it only use for sleeping so we took it. Aircon had already fully absorb the smoking smell and it won't go off even after few hrs as we thought it do. And when we reach home then realise that all bag, unused clothes are cover with smoking smell. Toiletries provide very basic, towel, toothbrush and mini toothpaste, 2 in 1 shampoo and shower in dispensers. Surrounding nothing, it mean every time must take transport go out and rtn, taxi fare around rp 30k to 40k depend on time and weather. If buying Kueh Lapis Harbour Bay mall have 1 known as HOLI, quite nice. Althought not popular like others but at least fresh and soft. We went early order in morning and collect it before departure . Overall very basic budget hotel, is not fussy, can accept.

Safe box not functioning the first day, maintenance guy helped to exchange one upon request. Water heater seems not working as the water temperature was not warm at all, take note the rooms does not have mini refrigerator as well. Nothing much to say about the breakfast. Golden Prawn restaurant is just 10 minutes walk but the taste of their food is not like last time. I still prefer Wei Wei restaurant at Harbour Bay which the taste of their food is simply superb..

Room are big with balcony, clean & good staff services provided. Except for the balcony door top window are clear which cannot be covered. Nearby with harbour bay mall which is a big mall but not fully opened only a few which i suppose less than 10shops.. 2mins - Near to Harbourbay ferry terminal. 2mins walk to wey wey seafood which are very cheap and affordable as well. Hotel provide shuttle services to nagoya hill mall & BCS Mall.

Triniti lives up to its name with surprises: 1. Value-for-money at night 2. Good services 3. Polite and responsive staff (few English speaking) 4. Near to the popular and famous Nagoya Hills shopping mall (10 min walk - inverted S curve) 5. Near to Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal (5 min drive) 6. With free Sauna and Jacuzzi 7. Simple morning breakfast 8. 57 TV channels for selection 9. Free wifi connection (ONLY at reception and dining area) 10. Basic security at entrance 11. Resonable sized room. Next, come the bads: 1. Unsafe to walk back to hotel at night due to elusive location and lack of road lights 2. No wifi connection in rooms 3. No free shuttle service to nearby Nagoya shopping mall Generally, it worths every single cent for the family.

Godes is a fairly new family-operated hotel. It is conveniently located near Spa Secret and Nagoya Hill shopping mall. It has almost everything you need in a 3 star hotel (Hotel Reception, Bellboy, Concierge Service, Meeting Room, 24HR Room Service, Housekeeping etc). We stayed in the Deluxe Room category. Good: - Strong Wifi in Room + Lobby - Comfortable bed, large LCD TV - 24 HR Room Service made it convenient for late snacks.

Arrived on CNY to relax and book Seruni International Hotel. Surprisingly was very near from harbour bay ferry terminal. Location was very good, nearby food shops, pharmacy and 5-10mins walk to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. Was expecting a bathtub included but was not given the room with it. Room seems been awhile since any guest stay as toilet smells a bit. Water pressure for the showers is so-so. Feeling the itch after a night's stay in the bed. Experienced a few power trips during the stay. But is up within 5 mins time. Overall it's a good stay for those non-fussy guests who just needs a hotel with the basic amenities. Thumbs up for the location and value for money.

I really love their friendly staff, they all are trying their best to serve you and Hope u can get a best stay in batam. Any questions? Just ask them. Location 3 min walking to nagoya.surrounded by a few local food stall ,k circle in walking distance too. I have been stayed in another hotel near by with almost the same price range but the breakfast that Ace serve is like a heaven compare to other. Pls dun expect a 5 star hotel buffet. in room aircorn is working well,bed is comfy, Cable tv,Basic hotel amenities. Now the down side are room is super small hardly there is walking space for 2 ppl, one of us must be on the bed if another need to walk. My room 's got flooded aft bath but my parents 's room is fine. No window. Glassy toilet. I got to ask my brother to go to my parents room if I want to bath. And is very easy to spot dirty corner like bed head board, toilet and phone. Overall still consider satisfied stay.

(1) Opposite Mosque so you need to think twice if you need to sleep from 11.30am to 10.00pm and sensitive to sound. (2) Big room, big toilet, big bed. (3) Old furniture, old TV, old facilities with stain on bedsheet. (4) Two pairs of disposable slippers are provided. (5) Receptionist is friendly but English is limited. (6) Walking distance to Harbour Bay & seafood restaurants.
