It is the best hotel among the hotels of the same class that I have stayed in Japan. As it is a newly built large hotel, the facilities are good. There is a space for luggage storage and a self-service area, making it convenient. It is located near two subway lines intersecting. Since it is in the Ariake Garden, most of the dining needs can be met within the garden. Especially, the food court on the 5th floor of the garden is connected by a passage, making it easy to use for meals. The bathroom is compact but has a bathtub, making it enjoyable for children. The TV channels are more than other hotels, so children like it. Although it is a bit expensive, the quality of the breakfast buffet is quite good. It is recommended to include breakfast when making a reservation. For children, the breakfast price is half, so consider whether to include it when making a reservation or pay on-site. I included it in my reservation, but it was too expensive, so I added it separately at check-in. Oh, and the hotel provides a free bus to Ginza and Tokyo. It is good to use it as subway fares are expensive. When I moved from Ariake to Asakusa, I went to Tokyo Station in the morning and took the Asakusa Line, so I didn't have to take the expensive Yurikamome and saved transportation costs. Overall, it is the best hotel of the same class that I have stayed in Japan.

It was a stay to find a place to relax for five days from the day after the surgery. Although I couldn't speak due to my symptoms, all the staff kindly responded to me through written communication, which was very much appreciated. They helped me many times during my stay. The environment was also wonderful, and I was able to easily obtain a variety of food at the Aeon in Ariake Garden. The daily visits during my stay were also convenient, as taxis (through the GO app) quickly arrived at the car drop-off location. The location is close to the city center but is located on the bay, so I was able to spend my time without inconvenience with minimal movement and without being surrounded by crowds.

New hotel in a quiet area of the city. A lot of development happening. A short walk to 2 different train lines makes it easy to get to where you want to go and the hotel provides a free shittle bus to Tokyo station every day at set times. Disneyland is only a short distance away however you will need to change train lines to get there. Free breakfast was good however there was very little change each day for the entire 7 days we stayed there. Got a bit boring after a few days. Being attached to the mall is handy to stay out of the weather and there is an onsen attached also which requires an extra fee. Good facilities in the onsen and you can charge it to your room so you can pay later if you like. Vending and ice machines located on every floor for convenience. The room I stayed in was a good size for Japan. 2 adults and 2 kids stayed comfortably. Room was very clean and was cleaned regurlarly. There is a storage room for your bags beside the check in desk if you need somewhere to put your bags so you can explore while you wait to check in. I opted for a late check out which was very easy to arrange, even on the last day. The limo bus stops underneath the hotel which makes it easy access to the airports although it is quite expensive. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The room is compact with 3 super single beds. room was compact but we had enough space for luggages as well. The sink, shower and bath tub is separated from the toilet. Automatic japanese toilet greets you everytime you open the sliding door. Wet bath area is traditional japanese and tub was deep. Every floor has an ice machine, vending, microwave and also plastic cups and wooden chopsticks. On level 6 there is the laundry room with japanese style single machine for washing and drying. small loads if you want it to be dry. Location wise its connected to a decent Mall with a special Access through the hotels 6th floor straight to the restaurant/food court level (5th floor of the Mall) Food selection is good and supposedly one halal restaurant too. We had the udon at the food court several times and the deserts were good. Shopping was adequate with Daiso/Big Camera/ABC Shoe Mart and many smaller independent shops with good choices. AEON grocery on the ground floor is also a great place to get food. Tully coffee on the ground floor entrance is also good for morning coffee & breakkfast if you didnt take the breakfast package. This Mall (Ariake Garden) has a regular scheduled shuttle to Tokyo Station/Ginza and Another regular BUS service to Haneda Garden Mall which is connected to Haneda Airport. On the way back we took the last bus at 830pm and it was quite empty. only 6 passengers in a 30 seater bus. luggages were stowed below. Public transport is also quite convenient 7min walk to Ariake Station on the Yurakimome line and 10min walk to the Kokusai Tenjijo JR rinkai line which give access to city centre which will take 50minutes. Checkin and checkout was simple and easy, toiletries and amenities spread are available at the lobby but we didnt try the hotel restaurant. Rooms were quite clean but not absolutely perfectly clean but good. Prices are reasonable and would definitely come back.
