El hotel es limpio y con buenas condiciones, se nota que le hacen mantenimiento oportunamente. La ubicación es buena, cerca al parque principal.
La habitación que nos asignaron es realmente pequeña, el baño diminuto. El colchón muy blando, demasiado incómodo. Las escalas estrechas para subir con maletas.

el personal es muy atento a ayudar y las instalaciones son bastante centrales para moverse. Las habitaciones no son gigantes pero son suficientes para una estadía corta.
Hubo un daño en tuberías que mojó la ropa de mi compañero y también una gotera en mi habitación. Pero me gustó la agilidad y prontitud con la que se resolvió este imprevisto.

La atención del personal fue muy cálida, el desayuno estuvo muy completo y delicioso, el aseo de la habitación fue impecable, en general fue una experiencia agradable hospedarnos en este hotel. Gracias!
El único aspecto a mejorar es que el teléfono de la habitación no servía, por lo que no pudimos comunicarnos con la recepción por ese medio, de resto, todo muy bien.
