I have to say, I am EXTREMELY impressed with Hotel Terrace @ Kuta. Excellent location, great price, very very very clean rooms (and comfortable beds & pillows) but most importantly - the staff absolutely made my stay from great to amazing. The three particular employees were Dewa SC, Made OM, and Ketut GM. Oh my gosh - these guys took the time to give me feedback and recommendations on the places I planned to see during my time in Kuta. I'm the type of traveler who is looking for the most organic, very 'local' type of experience - and these guys made excellent recomendations, taught me local Balinese lingo and honestly - I looked forward to every interaction because they were just so kind and friendly! To the owner of this property - you can't put a price on excellent employees who clearly show dedication and enjoy their work. I hope to return sometime soon to Kuta and I will certainly stay at HT@Kuta as well as recomend to others!

Little Gem in an excellent location”
I am a frequent traveller to this area of the world and I like to try out different hotels to get the best value for money. You can't look past the Terrace when on a budget. I got a pool side room for less than 50AUD a night (not including breakfast) . The pool was excellent, had some sun during the day but was also partly shaded which allowed for a nice water temperature. The room was very modern and sleek. Not a huge size but if you are enjoying Bali you are not in your room that much. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and so were the pillows. Bedding was clean and well maintained as were the towels. No fancy toiletries but who needs that for the price. The Television had a mediocre variety of English speaking channels - certainly enough to watch a little telly falling off the sleep. The location was the STAR of the show. Was right in the middle of everything. 5 minutes walk to Legian street and all the action there and just 10 minutes to the beach. Will definitely stay again .

Superb value for money! ”
Spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed and nice interior design made for a very welcoming and comfortable stay. Staff are extremely nice and very smiley. Especially Pak Dewa in the front was super nice and helpful! + ..daily cleaning was so good, it put a smile on my face every time I returned to the room, ..beautiful pool area with beach towels provided free of charge, ..surf board racks in the basement well watched so I could leave my board there throughout my stay Few things could be improved: ..Outdated information on website about bicycle hire, not a problem at all but always nice to be up to date, ..when using the tap of the bathroom sink, the smell of sewage was really repulsive. It is, however, a common problem in Indonesia so I didn’t address it. Thank you very much. I would definitely stay again if I looked for a place in Kuta

Excellent service and value for money”
We were so pleased with our stay at The Terrace. The breakfast each morning was varied, the location was in a quiet street off Legian road not far from Kuta beach, the pool access room was so convenient, the rooms were cleaned well every day but what impressed us the most was the staff and their high level of service. My son had an accident at a restaurant nearby and needed to go to and from the hospital during our stay and the manager arranged his driver to take us each and every time - complimentary! It sure did lessen the worry, in such an already stressful situation, not having to arrange transport! We can’t thank you enough! We would very happily stay here again and again!

Great location, great facility and great staff”
Stayed here for 4 nights and wish I had stayed here longer. Very conveniently situated between Kuta beach (about 5 mins walk) and Legian shopping street (less than a minute walk). Breakfast spread was really good with 4-5 different options to choose from and changed daily. Pool was clean and very enjoyable. Rooms were great, cozy and comfortable. We had deluxe room at level 5, number 515. Marcia and Putri, the two reception ladies always greeted us with smiles even the two security guards at the entrance always had a smile on their faces. Really lovely staff, doing their jobs very diligently. Will definitely stay here for our next visit to Bali.

Great Location .”
This was my first time in Bali. The hotel was nicely situated in the middle of Kuta. There is a bus stop nearby that brings you to the terminal. This service runs on a schedule but if you can take the the time to explore it allows your to catch the bus to places like Ubud and Nusa Dua. The room was clean and large . A place to just chill out and enjoy the time just doing nothing and wasting the time away. The toilet facilities were just nice and clean. Bed was ok. Pillows were enough, I didn't check if they had harder pillows but with 4 pillows for a solo traveller, it was enough for me. If ever again, I will book it the next time again.

This hotel is in an strategic places. We can find some shops around. The room and bathroom were clean and so comfortable. The facilities were great. The pool view was the most interesting one. Anyway, during my trip İ got problem with my clothes, and amazingly this hotel provided me with sewing kit! Superb!. I only dialed the phone and the staff was so helpful. I can't say more, we were just amazed with this hotel though the price is low. İf i visit Bali again, i absolutely will stay here

A gem ”
We arrived in Bali and this was our first place we stayed. We weren’t expecting much for the price, but were VERY pleasantly surprised with this gem we found in Kuta. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We had a room that walked out onto the pool and I would highly recommend that option for the few extra dollars it costs. Friendly staff, great clean rooms and beautiful pool area. Would totally stay here again. Can not comment on breakfast as we did not take that option. Highly recommend for a low cost yet lovely place to stay in Kuta

Perfect Hotel for Kuta”
We are very satisfied with Hotel Terrace. The location is perfect, it's walking distance to the beach and everywhere else in Kuta. The room is clean, bed is comfortable, and the staffs are friendly and professional. We are also happy withe the breakfast meals they serve every morning. The only problem is the Wifi, which is not really a concern for us because we have our own pocket wifi. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuta.

Brilliant hotel and amazing staff”
The thing that makes this hotel is everyone in the staff - they're so friendly, helpful and really make everyone very welcome. Rooms, swimming pool public areas spotlessly clean all at a very cheap price. So glad we picked this hotel rather than 4☆. Should be 4 ☆ instead of 3.. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again next time. Thanks to all who worked there for making your stay so enjoyable.

Charming boutique hotel”
Everything was perfect! A very warm welcome from reception. We asked and got a very quiet room with comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom. Breakfast buffet was not included but is excellent value for 75k. The hotel location is very central in the Legian region of Kuta, the beach about 10 minutes away. We also like the swimming pool which looks like a little green oasis in the middle of the hotel.

The best thing about the hotel is the staff, they're so friendly and helpful - 5 star +. The hotel is always clean and spotless. Facilities excellent with free extras such as sewing kit etc. Pool spotless, communal area spotless, rooms spotless. Should be a 4 star easily. Will definitely stay here again next time. We booked Terrace At Kuta for our transit before heading to Ubud. Booked room with pool access and it was so awesome. The pool is clean, the bed is clean. Suitable for transit and the room is suitable for couple, if you are with family have to book bigger size room or connecting room.

Comfortable room & good location ”
Very good stay and value for money. I arrived late around 1 am but been greet nicely and been served with welcoming drink. Simple and fast check in. Room are clean and bed is comfortable. Room been cleaned before 12pm everyday. Hotel staff are friendly and housekeeping staff also nice.

Super place to stay.. great!”
Great location in the heart of the the city, + just 10 mins walk to the Kuta beach . (Our stay was 8 days) Well run hotel, with polite helpful efficient & staff. "house keeping" special mention for their hard work keeping the rooms spotless every day. If there was a downside, our room (225) the balcony was tiny...more of a "ledge" really! small price!. We will return to this lovely hotel at some point in the future!

Great location w so many facilities surroundings(shops, restaurants, bars). Its peaceful tho in the middle of nightlife happenings in Kuta/Legian street. The staffs was great and helpful. They even welcomed us with a drinks. Room was comfy enough w pool access. Extended our hours here bcs our flights was at night. Overall, such a pleasant stay and will stay here again.

It’s modern, clean, comfortable, blackout curtains, hot showers. I’ve stayed here at 250/night a few times. There’s nothing like this at this price point, except maybe a couple others. If you value comfort over room size than this is the place.

Comfortable spacious rooms , comfy beds , staff very friendly , excellent location in the heart of the action. Wifi a bit patchy at times. Breakfast was ok , airport transfer available too. Excellent value for money.
