    Bad experience”

    Bad experience we had at this place. Nobody was there to welcome us at our arrival. The reception was empty. This is not a serious way to handle customers. The room was big but there is no shower in the bathroom. Not very clean but not dirty either. Matress was uncomfortable. We heard lots of noise early in the morning coming from upstairs, very disturbing. Anyway, the price is much too high for what you get. Don't stay there, many better places around.

    Horror hotel - vieze kamers en slechte service”

    Bij aankomst bleek een van de twee kamers mieren te hebben, de vervangende kamer was vies en werd op verzoek schoongemaakt. Deze bleek geen water te hebben,. In beide kamers was er geen toiletpapier en handdoeken aanwezig. Na beklag werd er gelachen en werd later de wateraansluiting geactiveerd en twee toiletrollen gegeven. We hebben maar onze eigen meegenomen handdoeken gebruikt. Geen warm water. De ligging van het hotel is mooi, het zwembad was leeg en het complex ziet er verwaarloosd uit. De presentatie en foto’s op de website zijn misleidend; de faciliteiten en service beneden de maar en zeer teleurstellend. Wij komen NIET terug.

    Saya sdh konfirmasi utk pemesanannya, alangkah terkejutnya pesanan sy setelah mau check in di hotel ini ternyata tdk ada. Tidak tahu salah siapa disini namun besyukur juga tdk nginap disini karena kebersihannya juga tdk layak bintang satu juga. Sekali lagi tdk recomended utk keluarga.
