The door access system is not working”
Overall is not satisfatory at all. The wifi was not working in the room and the door access system was not working as well. Hot water system was also not working. Plenty of mosquitoes around in the room and the room was in the run down conditions. This is the 1st hotel I have ever stayed that the restaurant does not allow my meals to be charged to my room and I have to pay cash on the meals I consumed. Luckily I just had enough cash for the lunch but I skipped my dinner because I did not have enough Ruppiah with me then and also the ATM machine nearby outside the hotel did not function work my Malaysian ATM card due to certain reason. This hotel will need to go through quite extensive upgrading to win back customers.

Never come across any *** hotel with run down facilities such as yellowish and torned towel, dirty bedsheet and bedspread provided to guest. Mosquitos all over the big room. Its really a nighmare staying at this hotel.

Untuk room termasuk golongan yang sangat besar dengan harga segitu Untuk kebersihan, sedikit min, dikarenakan masuk terdapat banyak debu dan kotor di meja dan kasur Dan toilet tidak bisa di flush Kemudian tv tidak bisa menyala Sudah minta remot tv ke resepsionis, untuk di bantu nyalakan, ternyata tidak datang2 membantu So far pelayanan cukup baik
