Beautiful place to stay”
The hotel is located very near to the heart of Cesky Krumlov, so it is very convenient to stay there. Hotel has a high tech touch screen lift to high levels which amazed us. Room was comfortable and cosy with beautiful scenary from the room window. Con - slightly far away from the bus stop. So have to walk quite a distance from the bus stop to the nearer town which is where the hotel was located.

Cozy stay”
Poor location if you have a big suitcase- have to carry the suitcase down several flights of stairs in order to reach the hotel, which is situated right next to the river. This means you get a great view during the buffet breakfast, however :) And the breakfast spread is awesome! Room is clean, but don't expect state of the art facilities obviously. The room is also a bit old, but fitting of the town's vibe. Staff is nice and approachable. We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Mlyn.

Interuptions disrupted our stay”
While staying at the Hotel Mlyn we had three disappointments. The toilet was stained and we had to clean it, the bathroom was not vacuumed even after we allowed the maid in to vacuum, and a maid started to come into our room at about 0830 even though we had not even gotten dressed, let alone checked out. The hotel itself was fine and the breakfast was very good, but the treatment of the rooms left a bit to be desired.

Very nice ”
If you are driving to this hotel, its very difficult to find. There are no instructions on the website how to get to it by car which is quiet an effort through the old town. This hotel was great, room was lovely, staff nice, views pretty and breakfast great. Good value for money

A good hotel in picturial town center. ”
Cesko Crumlow is a very nice place to stay at least outside turist season. Although the castle itself was not open (it is closed from October to April), the town is picturial and beautiful place and the service was still good in restaurants and shops. Small hint- don't go to restaurants that don't have a clear pricelist outside the door. The price of a half liter bear is a good indicator for the price level that the restaurant offers

Best view ever ”
If you have the room with the view of the castle and river, that will be stunning in both day and night, breakfast is good, if you chose this hotel, I suggest you to select point to point shuttle to get there directly, otherwise, you have to carry your luggage with a long and rough walk, or having a shorter route with a long stair

Nice hotel in Cesky-Krumlov”
I really do recommend this hotel to everyone! Rooms are clean and neat, some have incredible view to the Castle and the river. Breakfast is good, all the interior really welcoming to stay longer. Staff is friendly, there is a parking nearby. Nothing but advantages :)

I stayed one night with my wife. At first it was little bit hard to find a way to hote but The hotel was clean and hotel manager was really kindness. They informed me useful information nearby. I recommend this hotel.

Awful staff, Good location”
We asked the staff order taxi from hotel to bus station during our check out on 22th Dec 2019 morning. The staff is totally rude and make us feel ripped off because the taxi fare cost 200 CZK. Another staff on duty on 21th Dec 2019 help us order taxi during midnight from bus station to the hotel, but it only costs 100 CZK. When we ask why the fare diffences so much, the staff get frustrated and said it's at our choice whether to take it without the gesture try to negotiate with the taxi driver. Other than rude staff, the location of hotel is very central, walkable from bus station or 10mins taxi if u have big luggages. Good breakfast. The interior of room is bit old but clean. Overall, good value for money.

Stunning View from Room, Unprofessional Service”
It was a pleasant stay, originally, stunning view just right from room window, not too far away from the Castle, quiet and comfortable bed. It should be a highly recommended hotel. Everything changes on the morning when the staff directly used their key card to enter my room with knocking on the door. I was in bathroom taking morning shower and it was only 9am in the morning. Checkout time would be 11 am. There is no reason for their to intrude their guest room. When I went to reception, all I want is a proper apology from their manager. I will give a four out of five if their manager could come out and say, “Please accept my sincere apologies”. BUT, Their receptionist simply offer me a box of chocolates to settle things down. An “apology” isn’t that difficult, but nope. So, if you don’t mind of unprofessional service, and only demanded a brilliant view. This is perfect hotel. If you demand a little bit more of their service, think twice before making your reservation.

No credit, the actual situation does not match the description”
I booked a parking space and an extra bed for the two children. I have already written an email and the hotel confirmed it. But when I arrived at the hotel, the hotel did say that there was no parking space and there was only one extra bed. After taking the key to the room, the room was not cleaned. The hotel called someone to clean it first. The difference between the hotel room and the photo is not small, only the bathroom is renovated and the room is very old. Very disappointed. Does not match the rating of a four-star hotel.

Good Location near the river”
It is nice hotel in a good location. Easy to find and can see from the castle. But remember that the check out time is 11 am. If you you go in group with ten people there will be baggage pick up if less than ten you need to carry you own bag to the hotel or hire a taxi.

Convenient location with good breakfast”
The location is great, next to the river. Bus terminal, main street and castle are all about 10mins walk. The breakfast is good and restaurant to a river view is amazing. The bad point is the room without river room, but when we booked on Agoda, it said the room is with river view. We checked with the reception, it claimed it’s Agoda’s fault to provide incorrect information. I will need to check with agoda.

It seems to be close to the bus terminal on the map, but actually it needs some time to find out the way to the hotel. Despite this, it’s relatively cheap and everything is fine in general. Rooms are large. Breakfast is okay if you don’t expect much. The only thing to improve is the services of front desk. The lady seems not eager to help out at all.

One employee made it special”
Anna did an amazing job under difficult circumstances the day we arrived. It was very hot, the AC was not working, she was responsible for checking in two big tour groups and did it with grace and patience. She even ran up five flights of stairs twice to check on our AC when the phone didn’t work and she couldn’t reach us. Thank you Anna!!
