The hotel is unique and peaceful. The house and its gardens are wonderful. The service was the best.
The room was not as big. It was very tricky to get there and back. A map and detailed directions should be given to the guest when booking

Magical and fascinating”

A magical place that will take you back to more elegant times. You feel totally disconnected from the hustle and bustle of modern life, yet with all the comforts of a modern hotel. The scenary is spectacular, the Hacienda is magical, the food adequate, the drinks strong and the staff and owners pleasant and welcoming. I would return in a heartbeat.
While helpful to the best of their abilities, staff are not trained or equipped to provide a 4 or 5 star service. This is understanable given how remote the Hacienda is. A touch of extra love from housekeeping would bring the cleanliness in rooms and bathrooms to a level which is expected from a 4 star hotel.

Excellent place to rest and enjoy the buildings, rooms, gardens and nature”

Everyone in my family was very happy to be is the hacienda relaxing with time to enjoy the place, gardens and nature. Also, we had the opportunity to have a great conversion with the owner learning the history behind the hacienda to become the beautiful place that it's today.
The WiFi didn't work in the rooms located at the lower part of the hacienda but it was fine when we were on the main corredor.
