Great location and top-notch cleanliness!!”
I’ve stayed in Grand Central before because of its proximity to big malls, many restaurants and MRT station, it’s very convenient. But I have to add that during this stay, I was very impressed with the cleanliness, the linen was very comfortable and clean. And there’s a nice bath tub with plenty of hot water to sooth your legs after a long day of shopping. Definitely great value for money!!

I got big room with water dispenser inside, the location are close to the MRT. Infrong of the hotel’s street there’s a bus station that have so many routes across the city including Changi Airport. Very near to Orchard Central that have so many restaurants.

I stayed in this hotel for several days. The cleaning staff is really friendly, even when we dont ask her to clean up our room for that day, she still ask us do we need to get fresh towel for the day. 5 stars for the services. 💪. Really recomended

Hotel is located near Somerset station and other shopping malls in the area as it is located in Orchard. Room is really clean and the view is fine from the window. We had a great time on this hotel! Thanks to the staff especially to Uncle who called up a cab to get us to the airport. Really appreciated your help, Sir! Each room has water dispenser with cold and hot options. Just make sure to read the instructions as it was a bit tricky.

Considering this hotel is located in the cbd area, very close to orchard/somerset/plaza sing/vivo/sentosa, the price paid ($200+) for 2 nights was absolutely worth it. View from the rooftop pool was really pretty too! Staffs were so so nice and accommodating! Great stay :)

The room is clean. Has all the necessary amenities. The bed is also very comfortable. Staff is also friendly. 2mins walk to MRT. If you like shopping this is the place. Convenient n very near to all tourist attractions too. Really worth t stay here. Will stay again if coming to Spore near future.

4days 3nights is just right for our biz trip. Tapas Club spanish restaurant was nearby and served good food. A 15 min walk along Orchard road would give you places to choose from, restaurants malls cafes and the like. My room was clean and shower was strong. Pillows is best if you hug them while you sleep.

Budget-friendly and Accessible”
I transferred to HGC for 3D/2N. I specifically chose this hotel because it is strategically placed near Orchard Road and in between two MRT stations and bus stops. I can see Orchard Road from my window - so it’s like 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel lobby. 711 is nearby as well. Check-in was a breeze - they just asked for my passport, booking confirmation and credit card for payment. I was given a room in the 8th floor, it kinda sucks that my room was close to the elevator so I can hear it ding every time. I can hear people coming and going as well. But it is quiet at night. The hallway is a bit gloomy. What I love about my room is the water dispenser for hot and cold water. I also like that they have an iron and iron stand. There is also a mini refrigerator and safe. The size of the room is enough for a solo traveller like me but might be too crowded for a party of 3 and up. Bed is comfy as well - just the right firmness. I was not able to visit the Coffee House and pool during my stay as I was always eating out or eating in my room. But all in all, my stay was great! Highly recommended for those budget-conscious group. Again, location is great and accessible!!

Aircond is ok. Not super cooling yet can accomodate singapore hot weather. Location is gd. Reach out to nearest bus stop and mrt station Shower and bathtub, water pressure flow is strong and hot enough Water dispenser, my favourites. Easy to reach out for hot coffee and tea Bedding is fine. Comfy and cosy Sound proof of the room, able to hear kids crying in midnight. Nothing can be expect Cleaner, housekeeping. very nice person, would greet you hello, gd morning and friendly The wifi, can be disconnected sometimes but mostly quite stable for me while work from hotel. Overall, i would choose to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, accommodation is good. We were on high flr corner room and its quiet. Clean bed and sheets. Complete TV, wifi, aircon, iron and iron board, vault, hairdryer in bathroom, rainshower head and handheld shower, hot and cold water dispenser is a plus to this hotel. (anytime available). Free slippers, shower gel and shampoo nice smell, toothbrush and toothpaste freshen breath, toiletries complete. Breakfast is more than enough. Usage of swimming pool safe by booking so its kinda exclusive an hr of usage . Overall satisfied stay at affordable price. Recommended. Worth it.

Exceptional”
Clean and spacious. I went on a Full-house weekend but the staffs are still putting a smile on their faces despite the long Q for Check-in at 5pm. Room and furniture are clean. must be a promotion weekend as It's not a cheap place to stay in at Orchard. Only issue I had during my stay was the WiFi and TV, the signal gets interupted frequently and my Youtube or shows just hang and needs to restart the TV box again. Will definitely book again

Very near to shopping road Orchard road and 10-15 minutes walk to Plaza Singapura and 131 somerset where you can find everything & eating varieties of food. Only 2-3 minutes walk to bus stop and 10 minutes walk to MRT. I will stay again.

Spacious and clean room”
Stayed in triple room, suitable for 3 adults and 1 kid. Suprisingly there is a bathup even though the toilet is quite small. Rooftop swimming pool, with pool for kids. Location is very near to sommerset station and all the shopping malls.
