Rooms were very old looking, the shower was not pleasant, we found dead bugs on our window shade and curtain. The room needs a big renovation asap, it’s run down and ugly. We were not comfortable and I would not pay the amount we did to stay there again. Happy it was only 1 night
Het hotel ligt prachtig gelegen aan de Jimenoa rivier. Mooie natuurlijke omgeving. Lekker rustig en gemoedelijk. Hotel is verouderd. Ontbijt matig. Zwembad ijskoud en verouderd. Service matig. Kamer mooi en netjes. Lokatie perfect.
We had a great stay with our son and dog.
Nice property. Have stayed there several times. The pool area, jacuzzi’s and steam room need to be maintained better and the music the staff plays by the pool is inappropriate for the tranquil setting. Also, if you take a credit card for a security deposit after collecting the full fee for the room in advance, let people charge an incidental dinner to the room too. Been all over the world and NEVER had a hotel disallow charging a meal to the room from the hotel restaurant. We locked up our cash and cards in the room safe and went to dinner, only to have to return to the room for a credit card and back to the restaurant to pay a 50 dollar bill. At check out they handed me a credit card credit receipt for the equivalent of 100 dollars. So they held 100 dollars of my money and refused a 50 dollar incidental fee. Insane
