Ibis suites is centrally located near Zurich HB. There is a 24h gym. There is a sauna but it opens at 4pm and closes at 10pm. They should consider opening longer hours. They should consider providing a kettle. Overall, I'm happy with the hotel and service.

ibis Styles Zurich City Center is about a 5 to 10 min walk from the train station. Room is a tad small, but enough for one or two nights' stay. Staff are friendly. Hotel offers free coffee at the reception.

good location , short walk to the tram station, small uphill walking from the Train station easy for one luggage movement, convenient for the day trip due to easy tram access. good shower pressure. mirror on the ceiling a bit odd, but cool for bed selfies. small space for big luggage ok for mid size/carry on size luggage.

The hotel is well-located just a 10 minute walk from Zurich HB. It is also within walking distance to the ‘food’ street. The breakfast had a relatively wide selection too.

Bad service mind”
As I arrived early so I've left my luggage and went to the city. When I am back to check in and collected the luggages, the front counter had asked me to followed her to take my luggage myself. She didn't even hand any assistant with two big luggages but watch me drag them out difficultly. Not sure if this is a manner of a person or hotel policy. But I definitely will not again book this hotel in future.

Well, my room is on the first floor with the viewing of public stairs outside the window so all of the time, I have to shut the roller to prevent outsiders seeing through. So 3 nights I’ve spent in the hotel with no viewing at all. Speaking about cleanliness, the carpet is a bit dirty and towels are not in good quality either.

The hotel is just conveniently near the train station ”
I guess when I travel it was just opening up to the VTL travelling and it was packed with tourist and so we were delayed so long in the check ins and it would be more help if the the receptionist is efficient and courteous.
