Great little hotel ”
The staff were wonderful and the hotel was very nice. There was a lot of noise in the area with bells and people. The breakfast was great. Definitely close to everything. Parking was kind of an issue though They have a parking garage and parking is $20 Franks but it is blocks away and you have to call on the phone for them to open the gate. If you don't have international calling it will not work for you. If you sign up directly with the parking garage it is $15 Franks so they kind of upcharge. You can Book directly with the parking garage but they need a Swiss phone number so that's a bummer. That part is not accommodating for visitors. Very close to everything and the main parts of town. Would definitely stay here again. We did have a small attic room and the bathroom was small but that is typical in Europe and it was clean and had nice amenities

Quite near to the Zurich train station. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Spacious luggage storage for prior to check-in and after checking-out was really helpful. Room was comfortable with a nice view. Overall great stay. Thank you!

Just perfect ”
Bristol hotel is a great option for staying at Zurich. The location is quiet, still it’s at a 5 minute walking distance from the train station and the old city where there are plenty of very nice restaurants and shops and boutiques. Sparkling clean, private bathroom, the shower was a blessing after a long trip, the bed was very comfortable. Top it with smiley, kind staff who welcomes you. Great value for money. Couldn’t be happy with my choice, highly recommend it.

Just Right For Us”
Wanted a hotel near the main train station but off the main strasse; check. Hotel is very clean, Staff are great, breakfast was perfectly Ruropean and price, for Zurich, is acceptable. Room was quiet, bed was comfortable and water was hot. Will stay again nexr time in Zurich.

One of the best hotel with bigger family”
The location is fantastic. 4 of us so the space is big. Separate room for my 2 children and the adult is another room. The hotel has lift. Minutes walk to the central train station

Great location. Room is huge but beds need to be upgraded to softer one.The staffs are okay, helpful with all the inquiries but they should be a bit more friendly. We had a great time here. Will definitely comeback again and will recommend to others.

Great choice for overnight stay”
My husband, adult son, and I were just in Zurich for one night. We got a triple room. It was L-shaped so our son had a bit more privacy than is typical in such situations. We arrived in the afternoon. The day before, my son had fallen while hiking and the pants he had been wearing were very muddy. He hoped to have them cleaned before we flew out the next day. We dropped them at the front desk about 3:30 pm and they were ready when we returned from dinner at 10:30 pm. The turnaround time was amazing. We were very impressed by the level of service. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

I didn't get to stay there. I had to fly back to Canada while it was still possible. I paid for the room in advance when booking it on Trivago. I should have looked at the terms in small print more carefully because I didn't get a refund when I canceled the reservation. I will try to stay there next year.
