Property policies

Smoking is Not Allowed inside the house. Keep noise down after 10 pm. Please pay deposit RM300 when check-in. We will return back when check out. Lost door keys and auto gate's remote controller subject to penalty RM150 and will be deducted from the deposit. Please do not take anything from the room. Any damages on homestay will be at your cost. Keep the room clean, and leave it pretty as much as you found it. Don't forget to turn off electricity before leaving the room. Any illegal activities is prohibited. Please take care of your belongings, any loss or damage is at your own risk. Thank you for your cooperation.
