The proximity to Disneyland was a major plus, as it allowed for easy access to the park without the hassle of long commutes. We took the complimentary bus to Mahaima station that operates every 15mins. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out seamless processes. The room was spacious with the bunk beds for the kids. One of the highlights of the hotel was its proximity to a convenience store, which made it incredibly convenient for snacks after a long day in Disneyland.This convenience saved us both time and effort during our stay. Breakfast buffet had a great selection of Japanese & continental food. Overall we had a fun time at Hilton tokyo bay.
We stayed for two nights on our anniversary trip to Disney. There was a bus from the airport to the hotel. The staff helped us navigate to Disney itself. The service was prompt, friendly, and exceptional. The morning buffet catered to both our eating habits (my wife is Korean and I am from the States) and we both enjoyed it very much. Omelet station is nice and quick. Hilton members also get a complmentary desert which was tasty. The room was incredibly comfortable. If we return we will happily return to the hotel.
Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, with free shuttles and a short walk to the Disney station. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The facilities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Rooms were spacious with a nice scenic view. A convenient store is located at the ground floor together with a Disney store. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. Food was great! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

“Best Hotel outside the Tokyo Disney Hotels”
Stayed 3 nights at the Hilton Tokyo Bay - Family Magic Ocean View Room with 2 young kids (6 & 4 yrs old). What we love: 1. Easy Check-in and all the staffs are very nice and helpful, from the front desk, concierge, and all the cleaners! 2. Nice Room (the kids love the bunk bed so much). 3. Room is clean, spacious, and has good free wifi 4. Didnt eat at one of the restaurants but the 24 hours Lawson Convenience Store is the BEST! Various foods there definitely help us getting our stomaches filled. Not sure about other hotels but having the 24 hours convenience store inside the Hilton hotel is one of the best aspect for us. 5. 2 types of free shuttle bus: one goes to Bayside Station (which then you can take the disney monorail to the disneyland/disneysea) & one bus goes to Maihama Station (which you can go to ikspiari mall or take disney monorail as well). The shuttles come and go every 15/20 minutes so it is pretty fast. What we are not fond of: 1. Lobby for check-in is always crowded and a bit too small for a lobby 2. Location is good but, well not as convenient as the Disney Hotels so commute back and forth is to be expected and after a full day’s walk in the Disneyland, is a bit tiring. 3. Water and Ice Stations are too few per floor. But overall, we love the Hilton Tokyo Bay and we will return again if given a chance! Book early is very recommended as prices tend to get very expensive especially during peak season! Thank you for the memorable stays!
