BEST HOTEL”
The hotel has a great location, it’s in the centre with lots varieties of food here and there. The room is so good, the bed is so fine. When we check in, the receptionist was so helpful, he noticed that I was with my little daughter & her double checked, ask me that I booked the room with Twin beds, then I said I took a wrong room and he immediately upgraded to King Size bed. The reception team also gave a children’s kit! A bag consists of toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, and paper toys! How toughtful. The room is enough for the 3 of us but if you have 2 big suitcases like us, I will recommend to unpack first so it will be easier to grab things. They have so many drawers & hanging rack with lots of hangers. They also provide coffee machine with the capsules, electric water kettle, 2 bottles of water for free. Bathroom they have no bath tub in my room, my daughter was a bit disappointed but it’s ok! They also provide all the amenities such as shampoo, soap, conditioner, hand wash, lotion, all in big size container! Clever way to go green! At first we were disappointed because they didn’t clean our room. When we got back to the hotel @ night, we went to the guest service & he politely explained to us, he gave us 2 water bottle and kindly asked us to wait while they clean our room. Turns out, we accidentally turn the do not disturb sign! That’s why the cleaning service didn’t clean the room for 2 days in a row. 🙃 The do not disturb sign is on the right/left hand side of the main door of the room, it looked just like the light switch so make sure don’t switch on that one if you want your room to be cleaned! 🤣 Overall we really like the hotel, it used to be Mandarin Hotel, my family and I always go there because of the location. Will definitely go back there again!

Great location for shopping at Orchard road and a nice room condition as well to stay comfortable since its newly released last year. In addition, it was really a nice experience with the team giving prompt assistance with txt and especially thanks for the change to another room facing the orchard rd as i requested to have a nice orchard rd view. I would love to stay again at this hotel :)

Travelled to Singapore by 2nd week of January 2023 for a business conference. Stayed in Hilton for 4 days and 3 nights. The room is cozy but a bit small for my liking but other than that, everything is excellent. It's very clean, the staff are accommodating, very considerate in terms of early check-in and esp. they have a super breakfast, must try.

The rooms are bigger than usual hotels in SG. We got premium king bed, and it's a comfortable room for our family. The location is great. The rooms are clean and they renovated it because it used to be Mandarin Orchard.

High standard, business hotel”
You get classic business class standard service here. Wifi works, laundry is quick and efficient, the rooms are large and clean, the kitchen serves a large varied and delicious range of food. There is a nice pool and a gym. You are right on Orchard Road and you can even get High Tea in Gingerlily. The Chatterbox restaurant on 5th serves very good chicken rice. Recommend.

Stayed during hotel renovation”
We stayed at the location when the hotel was going through renovation under Mandarin. As the lobby had been relocated then, the walk in was quite long. Room was comfortably spacious and had a unique pleasant scent. The staff were helpful and patient. Had an extremely good experience here!

Hilton Orchard is located at the heart of Orchard Road. So you are basically within walking distance to major well known shopping centres and branded boutiques. It's also walking distance if you trip is for medical purpose. You can safe a lot on travelling cost. Hilton Orchard has just been refurbish and rebranded. Services are still excellent.

There are many options in the area and within the same price range but I always choose this hotel. The rooms are newly renovated and comfortable. The location is perfect for shopping and easily accessible to get to other places. The hotel staff are WONDERFUL! So easy to talk to and very helpful. They have a WhatsApp messaging system for anything you need and they respond quickly. We got the executive lounge access and the value for money is GREAT. Good food and service.

The staff were great! Check in and check out were quick, efficient and flawless. The food at dinner buffet was great and sufficient variety, my family enjoyed it. Cleanliness was pefect, no finger print on glasses. Location wise for shopping although I was not there to shop, still enjoy the surroundings. Bed and pillows were comfortable. One minor complain is that the bath tub was too small and water flow was quite slow.
