After comparing many hotels, I feel that Hilton is the hotel with the best value for money in Nusa Dua, and it completed my trip to Bali where I wanted to spend time in the hotel. There are several swimming pools, and my daughter, who is not good at swimming, learned how to do the breaststroke by constantly swimming in the pool. The kid's club is also a great place to spend time and make friends with other children. I really enjoyed the breakfast, which had Indian, Indonesian, and Western options that were authentic and delicious. At first, I was worried about the monkeys and thought that the balcony would be wasted, but we were placed in a more secluded area, which happened to avoid the monkey groups, so we could lie on the balcony and enjoy the scenery, which was very comfortable. My daughter can't stop talking about the hotel and doesn't want to leave.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Bali Resort, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Room: I booked the King Deluxe Ocean View room for 4 nights, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a modern design and comfortable furnishings. I believe this hotel offers some of the best oceanfront accommodations in the area. Important Tip: Be sure to lock your windows and balcony doors at all times! The resort is in a lush area, and it's not uncommon for curious monkeys to wander in if they find an open entry. I learned this the hard way when a monkey briefly made itself at home in my room! Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was a highlight of my stay. The variety was incredible, with a wide selection of Indonesian, Asian, and Western dishes. Everything I tried was fresh and delicious.

Amazing 5 days 4 nights at Hilton Nusa Dua”
We just had amazing 5 days 4 nights staying at Hilton Nusa Dua and will definitely consider rebooking this resort if we are back to Bali next time. Pros: 1. Staff are very friendly and helpful. One night we took a taxi to a local shop and the staff asked my kids' names. The next day when we were hanging around the resort, we heard someone calling the kids by their names from the distance and it turned out that it was the staff whom we met the night before. He remembered the kids and asked them how they are, etc. This is an example showing that staff does pay attention to guests staying at the hotel. 2. They have Whatsapp support 24/7 which means if you ever have any questions or concern, you just need to send a msg to Whatsapp and someone will response very quick. 3. The view from the hotel is fabulous. The hotel is on a cliff so it has great ocean view especially if you go to the observation deck on the top floor. 4. Great kids club activities with different activities scheduled daily. They also offer babysitting services (the babysitter is the staff working in the kids club) with appx AUD$8/ hour, for minimum 2 hours. We booked them for 5 hours so we can do couple spa and then they babysitter also looked after my kids when they play in the pool too. She is lovely and my kids liked her a lot. 5. The room that we booked is spaceous with 1 kingsize bed and a sofa bed which is brilliant for 2 adults and 2 kids (3,8 yo). It is a corner room with great view to the garden and the ocean. We sometimes saw monkeys in front of our room too. Cons: 1. The bathroom toilet is quite smelly - I am not sure if it was just that room or it happens to other rooms too but def this is an issue. 2. Buffet breakfast has a variety of choices which is great. However, we find that it is quite repetitive - for 5 days we stayed there, the buffet breakfast seemed to be the same. Overall, I am happy with my recent stay and would highly recommend family with young kids to consider Hilton Nusa Dua when staying in Bali.

The biggest Resorts/ Hotel in Bali”
I checked in Hilton Bali Resorts on the 9th of January. Every customers right after arrival need to do a security check through a baggage screening system. The check-in room was spacious and the service was fast. As I wanted to upgrade my room, I was introduced by the conceirge to many options and ended up choosing the Cliff Tower room upgrade ( much better view of the beach and pool and larger space) . I was happy with my upgrade. Nevertheless, there was a few occurrence that I believe the service could of been better. As I was waiting for the upgtaded room to be cleaned up, I was told to wait inside my old booked room until the staffs called back and escorted me to finish my payments and move into the new room. However, as I waited for over two hours ( with my mom and sister), I didn’t get any reply back which led to us passing dinnertimes hence affecting our trip planning in addition to my mom starting to feel sick. Therefore, I ended up making a phone call to the conceirge and was told that my new room had already been done and a staff will come to pick us up. I was disappointed with how my family trip was delayed and I wasnt announced the new until I had to call. Plus, my family was all tired from our arrival as it was a long flight and we wanted to get some dinner. Nevertheless, the other staff at the restaurant was nice enough to offer my mom free soups as compensation and we all had a good meal afterwards. As for the rest of the stay, everything was extraordinary and up to our standards. Hence, we felt welcomed and would live to have a chance to come back next time.

I stayed at this property a long time ago, when it was still under the name Niko. So when a friend of mine got married in Hilton, I saw an opportunity to stay there again. And I am impressed on how they really maintain the quality of the hotel overall I chose the one bedroom villa with a pool, because during the pandemic I don't really like to share a pool with strangers. The villa also offers great privacy because all of the villas are located on separate area from the main building. Check-in process was smooth. The front desk officer did the process efficiently. Breakfast is great as well with wide range of variety. Quality of the food is also incredible. Tips: try the outdoor seating! You can have partial view of the ocean. Sadly didn't try the spa due to conflicting schedule. The private beach is smaller in comparison to other resorts but I am quite satisfied because it's private. The villa like i said is located on a separate area. You need a buggy to get in and out of the villa. Depending on your villa, you can actually walk from the villa to the main lobby/parking area. Since mine was not too far from the entrance, it took me roughly around 10 minutes from my villa to the main lobby. The villa is big. It has the main area where your bedroom and bathroom are located and separate area where private pool (with different views), sun beds, day bed, coffee table and pantry are located. The bed is comfortable (mattress is of high quality). It has 2 showers, a humongous bath tub and 2 sinks. Walk in wardrobe equipped with safe deposit box and a vanity table. The TV is out dated (this is 2021 not 2010). Overall it was a great stay. Most definitely coming back to try the villa with different view. Tips: 1. If you are leaving the villa, close the sliding door because there are monkeys. 2. Expect a slightly longer time if you ask for something (since they need to take the buggy) 3. If you are traveling with family, you can ask them to put you in adjacent vil
