"Pros: - Staff is very friendly and helpful towards foreigner who have difficulty speaking japanese. - Quick Check-in and Check-out process - They upgraded our room to premium floor upon hearing it's our honeymoon trip (Thank You!!!) - Very convenient if you are planning to dine at haneda international airport as this hotel is only located 1-5 minutes away from their restaurants. - The staff handed us our wifi modem which we rented from "GlobalAdvanced" without us asking them. Cons: - We found a small mark of red spots on our blanket. But for us, it is fine - Facilities are quite limited in our opinion - Maybe, can include more signs from arrival hall of where the location of the hotel was. Overall, i'm very satisfied and happy with my stay and definitely would choose this hotel again if i travel to Haneda International airport for our next trip."

"Firstly, location is definitely accessible, upon alighting from the train, it is a short 5mins walk. No google map required, it can be seen from a distance. There's apparently another JAL City Hotel nearby, but Jal city haneda is the one nearer to the train station. Staff was extremely polite in assisting me to check in and informed me about the free shuttle bus service to Haneda International Airport. Expected a small room, but room was spacious and definitely bigger than those of the same price found in Shinjuku, Tokyo station. VALUE FOR MONEY! Last but not least, this hotel provides free shuttle bus service directly to Haneda International Airport. VERY VERY CONVENIENT, because we had a lot of luggage. On top of that, u save 2.5USD per pax on train. Highly recommended if you are flying from Haneda airport because getting from Tokyo station or any other parts is not as convenient and u have change train a couple of times, definitely coming back again."

"Very clean and new hotel. It's an easy 4-5 minute walk from the Anamori Inari station on the Keikyu Line. To reach the hotel, turn left when you exit the station (only one exit) and walk straight until you reach the main road. You will pass some eateries, a convenience store (right side) and drug store (left side). When you hit the main road, turn right and walk straight for maybe 2 mins and you'll be at the hotel. From Inamori Inari it takes 16 mins to reach Shinagawa station where you can connect to the Yamanote Line (central circle line). Some toiletries are provided in the room and there is a cabinet in the reception area where you can help yourself to more if needed. They even have some skin care sachets which was great. One thing to note about this place is that they don't loan out travel adaptors for free. You have to purchase one for 1000 yen. Tip for those without an adaptor: if you have a USB cable, you can plug it into the back of the flat screen tv and charge your phone that way, though it will take a long time. Better than nothing if you're in a pinch! The airport shuttle departed on time and it took slightly less than 10 mins to reach Haneda International Airport. Didn't try the food so can't comment on that area. If you need to be close to Haneda airport, this is very good value for money. "

"Near to Haneda International Airport as within 15 mins bus ride. Good , if you arrive late in Haneda Airport . There is a yellow shuttle bus from the hotel to pick up passengers from Haneda Airport on the hour till 1am . For international arrivals , just take the escalator down to the main exit door and wait just outside the police box.Similary, the bus will take you to the airport 15mins before the hour . The check -in and out is computerized with two dinosaurs greeting you in the back ground. Very efficient and fast , hardly 5 mins. The room is clean and compact."

"Travelers who might be intimidated by the complex subway and train system can very very easily find this hotel. At Haneda International Airport, there is the Keiku line right in the arrival hall of the airport. There are three machines to buy your Subway ticket. Select 290Yen and insert your money. proceed down the escalator to the subway and travel 3 stops to Ootori Station. Once outside, look for a tiny police station near a Lawson (7Eleven type store) and head towards it. One small city block later you will see Tokyo Beagle, across the street from an actual 7 Eleven. There are two exits at Ootori Station. If you exit at the door nearest to the policeman in the information enclosure, exit the station and turn left and walk less than a half block and the police station is in front of you at the adjacent corner across the street. If you exit and see a One Stop Mart, turn right and walk to that intersection and you will cross the street and then turn left to cross to the police station on the adjacent corner. ***If it's nighttime, you can easily see the Lawson street sign in English, from the glass Information Booth inside the Ootori Station. *** Don't be intimidated and waste money on a taxi. The streets are safe and clean and free of traffic late at night. The subway is very fast, with soft fluffy cushion seats and it costs about $2.00USD to get to this hotel by subway. A taxi will charge you a MINIMUM of $30-$50 in the daytime and upwards of $220.00USD! Save your money for food and clothing and souvenirs. Taxis are a rip off. The beds are small but very clean, staff is friendly but cannot communicate in English at all. My luggage was sent ahead to the next destination and I wanted to buy a new shirt. I asked the staff if any stores were nearby and they told me to "go ask at the airline"...so there is a language barrier so be sure to download a reliable English to Japanese app on your phone to help you. The food is included and the atmo"
