I will definitely go back again and bring my family here for a staycation. Everything is running smoothly, the AC, water heater, the fridge, single stove (but you have to pay 50k if you use the stove), the kitchen, the view, bed sheet, and tv channels is above my expectation.

My kids love this resort!”
It's our first time as a family to this resort. We stayed at the Studio with a beautiful view facing the mountain side and golf course. Upon checking in, they give us vouchers for Rabbit feeding and Horse riding. These are fun outdoor activities for our toddlers. The rabbits are huge. The swimming pool with slide is just a never ending adventure. Alas, the bed sheet appeared to have previous guests hair. It could be that they forgot to replace it. However, we called for room service and they took care of it immediately.

When i first come is already 8.00pm. We easily aware that the floor wasnt swept for few days as it dusty The bathroom top and the sink in the bathroom is also dusty and there is an animal poop (definitely havent washed for few days too) The temperature of the water for shower changes drasticly from hot to cold to hot to cold in split second The place is nice but need more attention and need to be cleaned well before handling it to customer

If you prefer nice nature views it is good place for that. Cottages have kitchen with gas tube, but are not fully furnished with cooking pan or pots. Road to hotel after Puncak main road is ok, you don't waste time in traffic. It is value for money hotel, not luxury hotel with many facilities. It is clear from here also.

Reasonable price, near Summarecon Bogor. Great location to travel to Bogor City and near Jakarta. Need more clean and some furnitures are quite old. You can swim at Royal Tulip, just pay 50000 IDR

Not recommended at all. Staff is slow response and has no sufficient knowledge about hotel, missing some information. Playground is really bad. No place for our kids. No swimming pool. Had requested best view but they didnt give response for this. So our view from room is not really good.

Good family cottage for short getaway from Jakarta”
The cottage is good, spacey, and not too far up in Puncak. My children love the place, and it is high value-for-money you can get in Puncak Area. The food tho, not so great. Considering it is managed by Royal Tulip, I was expecting the food is at least in the same quality. You get what you pay, tho.

Gunung Geulis let us checked-in early w/o additional price due to our very early arrival to avoid traffic jams. we were surprised, coz many hotels can't even provide punctual check-in time. the cottage is even better than shown in photos, the kitchen is very useful, they have cable TV & full-time hot shower. the lacking is that no pool, so we have to go to Royal Tulip (under same management) w/ additional 50K/ pep. a little refreshment on the ceiling & room attributes will be nice because they look quite old already.

The manager is very helpfull”
i stayed with my husband last month, our room is very poor, they give us room with the leak roof, i have to asking many times to check but the staff not helping us at all and say to clean up by ourself, we dont have TV decoder at our room, lot of insect. But the manager hotel is very nice guy, and asking sorry to us for his staff mistaken. So when you looking for manager hotel, i think you can asking him lol because he's the best one the hotel have, of course number one is their facility, and royal tulips hotel as their group.

3 bed room villa value for money”
The villa big n clean, 2 room in the second floor and 1 room in the 1st floor, all with private bath room n air condition inside. Fasility is great because they are affiliated with Royal Tulip Hotel resort, so anytime you want to go swim just call the reception n they will send you a car to drop n will pick you up again after you finished. Not too many choices on breakfast menu but it's nice, you will get 6 breakfasts voucher for 3 bed rooms villa.

surely we will stay there again, spacious room, water heater works out, great view and pool on the Royal Tulip. One that needs to upgrade is the breakfast menu if it does then it will be perfect

The better things are U can use royal tulip hotel facilities like swimming pool coz they're managed by one management... My children are so happy. .The cottages are so-so, foods are standard. But, I'll come again next time.
