Great Hotel Great Service”

During my business trip I need to stay one night at Megamendung So I choose Hotel Gumilang. The price is not expensive but the quality is excellent. The room is clean. TV and aircon work perfectly well. And in the morning for my surprise, the staff has clean my car. Way to go. I am recommend this hotel to anyone

GOOD”

Clean, pool, lovely staff

It was a good stay, i booked from Agoda because that will be cheaper than you pay in hotel directly. This hotel have a small pool in the backside, musholla (small mosque), parking area for around 15 cars, and they have VERY NICE staff who will welcome you warmly. I booked for a room without AC, first I feel worried about it but surprisingly there was no problem, I didnt feel hot or not comfy but hey.. its Puncak anyway who has a nice weather. The room was very clean. In room you will find TV, complimentary mineral water (but no coffee or tea provide) and toiletries + hot water in the bathroom. For less than Rp.300.000/night this hotel is good. I got fried rice with egg and chicken for breakfast too. (You can get it from their restaurant, so it means that "eat that until you full")

Friendly reception staff, clean room, quiet

We stay only for 1 night, and did not use other facilities than the room. We booked for Superior room, however when we get there, the staff said that the room was sold out!! since it was already late evening so we agreed to be upgraded to Deluxe room with extra charge :( We expected room with nice view (especially when we have to pay for the upgrade fee - even though the staff gave us discount) but, yet we got a room with no view. We decided to check out early and enjoy our trip to Puncak rather than stay longer in the hotel.

location, price,

stayed there one night before my trip to taman safari. staff was still communicating until our arrival past midnight because of bad traffic. we got room upgrade since our original's was reserved for group. first impression, although it is in the cold area, we still need ac. room was clean and the facilities are standard for this price and area, but there was annoying smell came from the bathroom. the location itself is not in the main street, it is about 200-300m through small alley. it also still 8 km from our destination taman safari. overall, not a good value-for-the-money hotel, however, considering the puncak area, it maybe one of a very few choices of a decent hotel at this price, mainly on the weekends.

Room at this hotel is quite good but unfortunately the rooms are not soundproof.A noisy voice from karaoke room is very disturbing me when our sleep time . it is very disturbing our comfort when I slept . I hope they can improve a karoke room which is not distrubing visitors . Thanks
