I stayed in this hotel for the whole week. The hotel gives a 4 star hotel service and ambience to me and my husband. The staffs are so friendly, helpful and gives fast response towards our requests. The cleaning service staff, named Maria, she is so helpful with my room. I asked so many things, and she granted every single request i asked. And since ive got this hotel during pandemic, i payed less money than it should be.

While check in the reception staff explain the hotel’s regulations clear, trying to change room since the view block of wall and staff name Ari is helpful to immediate change and give the room key to my previous room. Amazed the room clean and well maintain, wifi strong, bathroom clean, like the shampoo and liquid soap, over all good. Only room less sound proof since the road outside the hotel is busy and so many noisy motor bike.

The hotel has perfect location, clean, a cool AC and it's very cheap. Really worth the price. Amenities are fine, shampoo and soap were well provided. They even have safety box and a working refrigerator. A very incredible facilities I got for the price of $10/night. Only my non smoking room was smoke smell, maybe because the guess before me broke the rule.

Affordable, Easily Accessible, Worth to Re-visit!”
I spend 12 nights here, overall stay was actually really good and I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Legian 😊 (+) first and foremost, the staffs are very amicable! Bli Yoga, Pak Wayan, and Mbak Ratna have made such good impression on me. The other staffs are also very friendly, from the restaurant to the house keeping ones. The room is clean and smells fresh. The facilities and the amenities are complete, all in great condition. The location is also easily accessible and pretty close to the beach (10-min walk), pharmacy, 24-hour convenient store, souvenirs market are all around. Canggu-Seminyak is only 2-3km away. (-) the room is small, no garbage can on the living room (only one in the toilet), and the TV is downright terrible… there was only 9 channels (2 hotel ones which is the exact same program) meanwhile the rest channels’ signals break down especially when it’s raining. Sometimes the outside noise can be heard…but the room is actually very comfortable. The AC is cold, the hot water/stream work perfectly. Restaurant’s food is also yummy! Can’t ask for more except for the TV haha. Thanks Grand Mas!

Grest hotel with the greatest price”
First of all, i'd like to say thank you for all the staff. Everyone were sooo nice. In the beginning I plan to move hotel after 2 night but this hotel were so nice that I cancel all other hotel bookings and choose to extend my stay here. The room was clean, the amenities were complete, hot water available, i even borrowed hairdryer and iron because i didn't bring any, the location is so great, very close to legian beach. After all with this great price i'm not asking for much but it turns out the best deal for this holiday. Hopefully this pandemic will soon be over so i can stay here longer

I’ve often traveled to Bali and usually stay at a few selected properties. Having walked past this hotel many times I had a look and decided to give it a try. The price for my 4 night includes set menu breakfast, daily cleaning, bed linen is changed every 2nd day, 2 litres of bottled water, tea and coffee making facilities and in-room safe. While there isn’t a pool here I choose to visit other properties and buy a “Dive and Dine” pass. As it is at a busy intersection I requested a quiet room but if you are a light sleeper ask for earplugs. Two elevators serve the 5 floors. GrandMas also has 2 other properties in the area. One in Seminyak and the other close to the airport
