Great stay at the Millenium. A walk from the Metro. Very clean, friendly, quiet and rooms are in a good shape (not run down or alike). One improvement suggestion: ban smoking at the pool.

Great weekend getaway”
Warm, friendly staff from Jasper the Valet throughout the Hotel. LSB and Belgian Beer Café situated on the premises as well as 2 other venues for entertainment. Breakfast did not have a wide variety which is understandable but fresh food on offer nonetheless.

A good experience ”
We stayed in the hotel apartment side of the property. The room was clean and spacious although we were assigned a room on a smoking floor so we had to move after the first night but this was not a problem. The hotel is good value although showing signs of age and there was some music noise at night albeit slight from the various bars in the building.

This hotel is slightly dated, however for the money you can’t go wrong. Rooms are well sized, it’s well located and has sufficient choice of bars and restaurants. Only stayed one night so couldn’t check out the pool and gym etc.

Hotel was great, very dissatisfied with the lucky voice venue. We had booked a table for a group of 9 for a birthday and 1 hour before the brunch ended the guests where being harassed by the staff that the table was booked after brunch and spent more than 1 hour trying to negotiate. There was no mention on the booking confirmation that we had to leave directly after the brunch. We unfortunately ended up leaving to avoid arguments and had to leave to another venue where we had to re order food to continue the Birthday. Disappointed how this was Managed

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for long stays. As it lacks many things which are quite needed for comfortable stay. We got a room which didn't had toilet spray, ironing stand, limited toiletries. The breakfast was average , didn't had any indian cuisines. Moreover the facility seems to be quite old.

Recent stay at Grand Millennium Bersha Heights Dubai”
It was our first time to stay at Grand Millennium Dubai. Despite having made requests prior to arrival None of these were met , in fact I was given stinking rooms that smelt of smoking. The rooms were full of dust and I had raised this with the Filipino receptionist but she simply pushed me away and said there is nothing she can do about the rooms but will arrange to clean the room. On the good side the concierge staff and staff in Atrium restaurant for breakfast were very helpful.
