The location of the hotel is very close to the square and night bustling tourist spots. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel staff is very kind. The breakfast is very hearty and has plenty to choose with options. If I come to Prague again, it will definitely be my first choice.

Wonderful hotel!”
Lovely modern facility, great staff, and excellent location. Excellent bed and linens, the tub is a little high but modern and has good water pressure. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the pastries were perfection with coffee choices and a vast selection of food offerings that set us up for a busy day of touring until dinner.

Chose this hotel due to the close proximity to the Christmas Markets. It was wonderful. Great room and a full spread awesome breakfast. The staff is excellent with helpful suggestions of what to visit. Would definitely stay there again!

Everything about this place is perfect. ”
The hotel is located 800m away from the historical centre, very near. Also the staff is very kind and the cleanliness of the rooms and halls is amazing. Breakfast is one of the best ones I’ve ever tried in any hotel, everything you want and more. (There is a pianist playing the piano while you’re having breakfast). I was leaving the hotel very early, before breakfast time, and nicely they prepared for me a couple of sandwiches, two pieces of fruit, biscuits and water. I’d recommend this hotel 100%. Great location (shopping mall, Lidl, and historical centre very near), great staff, very comfy beds and pillows.... One contra is the bath. It’s very high from the floor, and it’s difficult to reach it. If you’re a person with difficulties or any bones disease, please ask them first if they have a more accessible room for you.

Great hotel in superb location”
Just returned from a 6 night stay at this hotel and we could not fault this hotel at all. The hotel was spotless, bedrooms serviced every day and all the staff really friendly and helpful. Prompt check in/check out, good variety of breakfast choices and the restaurant staff & bar staff provide a great service. This hotel is in an ideal location close to Palladium shopping centre, the metro and tram lines and makes this a perfect spot for travellers of all ages as it’s also only a short walk to the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, Wenceslas Square. Loved Prague and would definitely come back to this hotel.

Flawless!”
I have never reviewed a hotel or a restaurant and actually called it flawless, but Grand Majestic iñ Praha deserves it. From the courtesy and efficiency of the front desk staff to quality and size of the room (we had a suite), and the morning breakfast with a varied spread and an omelette station, the stay was absolutely perfect.

Many of the s=attractions are within working distance. Clean room with fantastic breakfast. Various foods can be chosen to please your stomachs. It deserves every penny you spend. Strongly recommended.

The best value for money hotel in Prague”
Fantastic & centric hotel. Just 3-5 minutes walk from Palladium mall, the powder tower and the municipal house. Extremely clean room. Big and comfortable bed. Very kind and efficient staff. Tasty breakfast (was included the base price!). Very quiet (since it placed a block away from the Palladium square). For most people (which just want to travel in Prague and stay in a decent & enjoyful hotel) it is simply the best deal compared to nearby 5-star-pricier hotels.

The hotel is clean, with comfortable bed, with an extensive breakfast buffet selection, good wifi, near public transport, near the biggest shopping mall in Prague, and walking distance to some tourist sites. My only gripe is that the toilet did not have a bidet.

It’s okay… ”
decent breakfast + clean rooms + AMAZING location + friendly and polite staff + large rooms - The pillows on the bed were literally the worst pillows I’ve encountered in an hotel. A piece of cardboard has more thickness in it. Throw them away and buy some new ones. - I’m all for sustainability and not having multiple small toiletries, but a 4 star hotel shouldn’t provide a shampoo product that doubles as a body wash… that’s very youth hostel. - No iron or ironing board in the room. - The water pressure is pretty poor. - The tea was only replenished once during our stay. - The hotel is a tad dated, it’s in good condition and is well looked after but the decor is a little dated. In summary, I can see why it’s scored so high on Google and hotel booking sites, but from our point of view it’s probably more aligned to a 3 to 3 ½ star hotel. The location makes up for the negatives, as it truly is located in a great spot. Everything we needed was within a 10 minute walk, which was great!

Grand Majestic Hotel Prague is one of the best hotels we stayed ever. Almost everything was fine: the room was specious and clean, the bed very comfortable, breakfast was very very good with a large variate of delicious food, staff very friendly and helpful, check in and check out went smooth. The only minus was the internet reception in the room - it was sometimes weak and unstable
