“affordable hotel but not cheap facilities”
Initially, I was quite disappointed due to the long check-in process and what frustrated me the most was that the Family Standard room I had booked was full and the receptionist informed me that it had been used by someone else. However, the staff offered me an option of a Deluxe room with an extra bed included, so I decided to accept that rather than argue for too long. The important thing was that I could stay next to the other rooms of my children. The air conditioning was cold in both my room and my children's rooms, but parking required a bit more effort as it shared space with the shop owners in front. Fortunately, all the staff were very very very friendly, which I really appreciated, starting from the receptionist, housekeeping, and especially the security, who was very quick and helped me find a parking spot for my car right at the back exit of the hotel. Although it was on a public street, it was kept secure by the security officer throughout the night (I happened to peek out from my room window). Overall, I am satisfied.
