With outstanding and friendly service, this hotel pleases guests who want to be close to Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue. The best atmosphere with beautiful grounds and property overlooking the Atlantic Ocean has also been appreciated by many reviews.

Great welcome at reception..upgradedto ocean view room with balcony. Beautiful lobby..however main pool under renovation but plenty of others to use...great location on oceanfront boardwalk..noisy with Arkadia dayclub music booming for several hours and we could hear kn 11th floor...nice renovated room..lovely staff..think its living on its name but enjoyed our stay..free bikes are a farce having to download app...etc took too long so didnt use them..need a free and easy system touse them.

Hello. I wanted to provide feedback from my stay from 12/30-1/2 2024. I took my daughter to Miami for the first time and we loved the experience. We had an enjoyable stay and would consider returning to your hotel if some things were corrected. My feedback is this: The chair guys at the pool were top tier. I enjoyed English the most because he was so helpful and his mood was always so pleasant. However, what I did not enjoy was the lack of serving staff available for service at the pool. On day 1, no one came to assist us or take our order at the pool. On day 2, same thing. On day 3, I was able to locate someone and had to ask her to please come over to take our order. I asked repeatedly to have my check closed out and they were supposed to bring my card back and never did. I had to follow the girl to where they hold the credit cards in order to get my card and close out! One poor service girl was limping from working the Calvin Harris concert the night before but did assist. The service was overall very slow because there were only 2 girls that seemed to be working the pool area (or rather that is all I could see). Secondly, I injured my finger on the pool chair when I tried to lower it and my thumb got stuck in between the chair. I asked numerous servers (the ones that drop the food off) if they could assist me with brining me or finding me a bandaid as I was bleeding all over and both men said they would find a band aid for me but neither of them ever returned! I had to ask my daughter to go find me a band aid from somewhere, which she did. The injury was quite painful and bloody and I was shocked that no one offered to help - even after I asked. That was quite surprising. I believe that the hotel is is nice and lively but could use more pool staffing and the staff that is there (outside of the pool chair setup team) could be attentive to the needs of guests.
