"Changi Cove is such a lovely place to stay. The hotel is a large complex which also holds events but continues to have a very personal approach to mainstream tourists/travellers. Staff member Ramin is their customer service officer and on arrival he is the first point of contact and so so kind to everyone he meets. All staff are lovely. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, great beds and bedding and wonderful showers. It’s a quiet setting and a good option if you have been travelling for a while. Transportation to Changi Cove is simple via buses from Pasir Ris or Tampines. Very easy to get around and a 15 minute walk to Changi Village which has everything you may need. This has got to be one of the most affordable hotels in Singapore (price includes a very nice breakfast) for the comfort, the quality and the approach of staff. Thank you once again to Ramin. "It's located just behind Orchard Road and within less than 10 minutes walking distance to Somerset or Dhoby Ghaut MRT. It's an old hotel, so the room was actually quite spacious if a little worn. The staffs were also very nice. The en suite bathroom and toilet was clean. There was no facilities like gym or swimming pool, but that was not an issue because we were here to travel around not lounging by the pool. Overall, definitely one of the better value for money hotel in Singapore. "

"Great hotel, fantastic staff, room very good, restaurant very good. Location not great for business downtown although the public transport is very good so not a big issue. A welcome change from the usual hotels in Singapore, well worth a visit"
