Got to the resort and was greeted as we were getting out of the car with a cool towel and champagne was a nice touch. The huge automatic wood door to enter the resort was nice. There is a security area to just enter Playa Mujeres let alone the gate and security to enter the resort so there nothing to be worried about there. Water here wasn't that crystal clear but nice area and the kept beach clean. Only complaint about the room was the first night when we got there the sheets were absolutely disgusting and stained (didn't notice till next morning which was a bit gross). Room was very nice and had a fully stocked mini fridge and bottles of liquor 3 full size bottles and a bottle of wine. Whatever you drank or ate from the mini bar they replaced everyday even if you finished a bottle. Room was large and had a nice deck was in a junior suite with a pool view. One thing wish I knew is men needed collar shirt and pants to go to any of the restaurants and a shirt with sleeves to Buffet.

Customer service and all employees were very friendly and accommodating to make your vacation awesome. Food was excellent, service was amazing and grounds were kept well groomed. A little costly but the all inclusive is combined with room rate. Well worth the services you receive as a guest!

Highly Recommend this Awesome Place!!”
We were a group of 13, all family related with 3 children under the age of 3. We were greeted warmly with a glass of champagne. We had reserved 6 rooms and requested months prior that they all be in the same tower, unfortunately that was not accommodated. Our room was amazing, large, clean and fresh, the shower is huge!! All rooms have a Jacuzzi, which was great to give the kids a bath in or just to hang out in with a room-delivery bottle of champagne. The pools were a little chilly, but beautiful, the ocean was warmer than the pools. We spent a lot of time at the beach, which is well maintained and serviced, so much fun!! There are many excellent restaurants to to pick from, I wish that a menu would be posted just outside each restaurant so we could pick and choose our dinner venue easier. My only major complaint is that for breakfast at the Marketplace kitchen, men need to wear a shirt with sleeves. Not a fan of that rule at all !! Their staff is A+++, amazing!!

Solo part of birthday getaway”
This is a beautiful hotel. I enjoyed my stay. Would be better if it was adults only. But all the staff at this resort made my trip relaxing. The restaurants for dinner can be so pretentious when it comes to servings it’s laughable, I ordered fried calamari at one place and they gave me 4 rings of calamari. I live in NYC and they don’t even do that there. So please keep that in mind. The room service is decent. The drinks outside of me making them myself at my room were weak AF, AT EACH PLACE I WENT TO TO.

Like the hotel and facility. However, it seems lacking of activities and momentum. There are mosquito everywhere, and seems like the facility cannot cope with this issue. Other than that it was a great stay.

Hotel took 2.5 hour to checkin. It’s all inclusive but service is terrible. You rather save money and go to your favorite restaurant. Charge line $209 for each kid per night. Ridiculous.

너무 좋았어요 레스토랑도 종류별로 있고~ 여기랑 파라디수스랑 묵었었는데 만족도는 파이니스트가 더 높지만 가격만족도는 파라디수스가 더 좋았습니다 ^^; 아 루프탑있는 방을 했었는데.. 잘 안올라가지더라구요.. 그래도 분위기, 수영장, 음료, 음식 모두 파라디수스보다 고급졌죠~ 또 가고 싶네요 추천해요!

철통보안 되어있는 호텔이고 호텔에서만 있어야하는 위치예요. 하지만 호텔안에서 이벤트를 많이해서 괜찮구요. 첫 체크인시 룸업그레이드 싸게해준다고 하라고 권유하셨구요. 안해서 그런지 방은 너무 끝방주셨어요. 동마다 다위치가 다른데 레스토랑이 너무 멀었네요..밥먹는게 일일정도 ㅜㅜ.. 밥은 최상입니다. 맛있고종류많고. 그전에다녀온 하드락도 맛있었는데 여긴 끝판왕정도.. 직원들친절도는 착한직원이 대부분이고 조금 싸한 직원들도 여럿있었어요. 다만 단점은 이불베개가 축축합니다ㅠ칸쿤 다그런듯.. 뽀송느낌절때없음. 베개가 커버가살짝벗겨졌는데 곰팡이있는거보고 바로 베개안뱀.. 청소는잘해주심. 수영장이 곧곧에있고 튜브 완전좋아요. 덕분에많이탔구요. 쇼같은것도 볼만합니다. 다시재방문의사있어요. 천국입니다.
