"The accommodation is far below what we expected, very disappointed with the location (about 15 mins drive from Orto & Central shopping area), room was not ready when we reached there (was told we have to wait for the room floor to be swept), there was extra $10 service/cleaning charge added on to the payment ($90 + GST + cleaning fee, came up to $110 in cash) which we were told to pay on the spot although we had made credit card deduction online when we booked for the room, toilet & bathroom are not attached with the master bedroom but sharing with others (toilet & bathroom are separated as well), no TV in the master bedroom, light was dim in the house, many old furnitures inside & outside the house, environment was very quiet as no other people except the owner. As we were not comfortable with the environment & facility, we left the house after 3 hours. We did not enjoy our stay & will not chose the same accommodation again. "
