"Me and my wife totally loved our stay in this hotel. We have lived in three hotels in Bali so far and this one is our favorite in terms of 1) service ( the staff was always very helpful and nice. Always smiling and being just so nice. From the managers to security at the front door everyone was just so kind and welcoming. Yasa and Putu left a handwritten card and did all their best to leave us a great impression about this place. Also in terms of the rooms cleanliness and design tops our three hotel experiences. Rooms cage a very good sound insulation. The next door water park people’s screams could be heard only outside of our rooms. Facility-wise and would say it’s not the largest pool in Bali but nice and quite. There is almost always a live performing of the traditional very relaxing bamboo music . Water btw was just the perfect temperature. Location - I would say a good location but not perfect if you like to swim in the see you’d have walk a good 10minutes walk. But very conveniently they have a free “golf-car” to take you to the closed shopping mall that is not far away from the beach. Overall our stay was amazing. If you don’t mind a walk to the sea. You want a quite nothing to worry experience in a modern looking nice place choose this one. "

"Best hotel in Bali. I felt really special and welcomed by staff. Staff welcomed us with flower garland while entering the hotel. Staff were really friendly, helpful and always smiling. I booked this hotel because both rimba and ayana have beautiful pools , restaurants and priority access to rock bar. Being the guest of Rimba we were given the best seat at rock bar. I would highly recommend this hotel. I cannot thank enough to the hotel and staff. We checked out at 12:00 but we had flight at 20:00. Staff allowed us to stay at the hotel and use all the facilities. This really made our day. "

"We stayed in Bali for 10 days, and stayed in three different areas and hotels. Ayana is the best one. The price more expensive than others, but we thinking it's value for money. We do enjoy the time we spend in Ayana. Nice resturANT, Good breakfast, a lot of choices. THe rock bar just located in Ayana, so you don't have to wait. The staff in Ayana very nice, friendly, and professinal. The room is nice and clean. Beatiful view from our room, even in raining day. The spa was good, very relex. We think Ayana will be the only hotel we will stay when we come to Bali again. After Ayana, we have changed to another 5 star hotel in Ubud, the hotel in ubud is also good, but compare to Ayana, Ayana liked a 6 star hotel in Bali."

"We opted for Klapa resort for the last 2 nights of our stay in Bali. We were impressed from the get-go. Very courteous and organised staff at the reception had everything ready for us and had a smooth check in. They explained all the facilities at the resort. The room was the most spacious I have seen in any hotel and the golf view was very nice. The bathroom was also very spacious with a large bath tub and an additional shower cubicle. Room had ample storage cabinets. Bed was also comfy. Waking up to the rising sun was our best moment in the room after a sound sleep. Breakfast spread and the quality of food was just ok. This could use a bit more attention from the management. Probably the best part of our stay at the resort was the free access to adjoining Klapa beach restaurant and Dreamland beach, especially in this part of Bali very transportation options are limited, this saves you a lot of time and money. We spent a whole evening at the infinity pool overlooking the sea and sunset served by the most attentive staff which was the high point of our stay. The staff at the resort also arranged scooter on rent and meter taxi on time as requested. Overall we had a great couple of nights at Klapa resort and we were extremely happy with our choice. I would highly recommend Klapa resort to any travellers looking for a good accomodation at reasonable prices."

"Amazing. Staff were so friendly and helpful. This was our 5th hotel in Bali and it was the best! 3 pools. Breakfast was brilliant. Room was great. Will definitely stay here again. Right beside potato head if u want to party though we didn’t hear any noise. Beds so comfortable. LOVED THIS HOTEL "

"It was our first and the best hotel in Bali. We were surprised how kind the staff was. Hotel rooms are big and clean. It is a real pleasure to stax in this hotel. It is defenitely the best value. I will stay again for sure. The swiming pool was also great, only few people using it. Dreamland beach 15 min walking. There is a shutle bus from hotel to Uluwatu Temple, Dreamland and GWS. "

"This is one of the best affordable hotel in bali. Hotel is located beach front with shops and restaurants just a few steps away. There r 3 swimmimg pools in the hotel with cheap beers n foods served at pool side. I will not hesitate to go back to Grand Inna if i travel to bali again. A word of advise, ask for the newer rooms. "My family with two young children stayed at the Prama Sabur Beach Bali Hotel in April 2017, for 6 nights. The location was fantastic, being right on the beach which has a gentle gradient. The resort is nestled among other resorts and a plethora of restaurants, shops, bars and spas. We love Sanur for it's old world, laid back feel, quite different from the frenetic sophistication of Seminyak or Canggu. The traffic here is also really light most of the time and we never had any of the dreadful traffic jams we have experienced elsewhere. We had a fourth floor room with direct views of the pool and the beach. It was lovely waking up early to experience the sunrise in the cool of the morning. The two pools were of very good size, with one of them designed for children and featuring an artificial beach and a set of straight and helical slides that the children loved. The staff were more than friendly and helpful and we wanted for nothing. If there is any negative point about the Prama, it is their food. We ate breakfast there only once and never again. We found it expensive for what was offered at the buffet . It was clearly mass catering with featureless cooked food, limp waffles, dry pancakes and the lowest grade of jams possible (the type that looks like coloured gel with absolutely no fruit inside of it). There were endless options for breakfast along the beach or on the main street outside so we weren't stuck for choice. There was an Easter Sunday buffet lunch at the Italian restaurant. The food was reasonably good, but very expensive for Bali. The saving grace was that kids under 12 ate for free and there was an Easter party for kids, with egg painting, treasure hunt, bashing a pinata, gift bags and refreshments, all very well organised for the kids. We would come back to the Prama Sanur if we wanted another beach holiday in Bali."

"This is a great hotel in Bali that is beside a shopping mall ,supermarket,food stand ,Starbucks..etc. It's nearby airport around 10 mins by taxi. The service is excellent. It'a good choice in Bali. "
