“Decent and comfortable accommodation ”
I recently stayed at this hotel with my family (2 adults, 1 child, and 1 toddler). Before arrival, we requested an early check-in and a lower-floor room. Being an ex-hotelier, I understand well that these requests are always subject to availability, so I came in with reasonable expectations. We arrived around 11am and proceeded with the check-in process. We were greeted by a staff member named Ros, who was polite, attentive, and handled everything professionally. Another staff member assisting her was equally helpful and accommodating, which made the entire check-in experience smooth despite our early arrival. As expected, the room wasn’t ready yet, completely understandable since we were ahead of the usual time and needed to rush for a family event nearby. A couple of hours later, the staff called to inform us that the room was ready, and I truly appreciate that all our requests were met. The room itself was comfortable and generally fine, though cleanliness could be improved in certain areas. The hotel surroundings are calm during the day, but some spots can feel a bit dark at night. Adding more lighting would make the area more welcoming and safer for guests walking around after sunset. Breakfast the next morning was simple but satisfying. We were served nasi goreng, bihun goreng, sausages, eggs, bread with jams, along with coffee and tea. It was a decent spread and enough to start the day well. There is also a nearby river, which is a nice feature, although we didn’t get the chance to explore the hotel’s trail that leads to it. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The staff’s friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to help made a strong positive impression. I would definitely consider returning in the future.
