Very nice, clean hotel in a great location! We were well pleased with our room, the hotel staff, and the cost of about $100 per night. Metro Line 2 (exit 9) has an elevator and is only 50 meters away. There are many restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops in the immediate area, also a pharmacy. Walking distance to Seoul Station, Namdaemun Market, Deoksugung Palace, and Bukchon Hanok Village. Excellent choice for a visit to Seoul!

Best hotel I’ve stayed in ever, 5 STARS!! The location was excellent, only 2 minutes to the City Hall Station and there is many convenience stores and banks within walking distance. The hotel’s amenities were superb too, soft sheets and pillows, ample space to store clothes and luggages, beautiful bathroom, 2 bottled water given daily, kettle, fridge, etc. Housekeeping is available everyday, and they always do an excellent service. The receptionists are also friendly, kind and polite. Helped me with directions and explained clearly! Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again whenever I come to Seoul. Thank you so much!

A surprisingly great stay”
This hotel far exceeded my expectations! This was the first time I felt so comfortable in a hotel (have been to Korea 3 times) and this is a hotel I’ll definitely stay again the next time I visit Korea. Hotel is convenient and near the City Hall subway station, the room was so spacious for 3, beds were SO comfortable and the room and toilet were so clean. The shower was exceptionally comfortable and spacious (I think I personally have a high standard for toilets haha). The staff were also super friendly and welcoming! Our stay was so great during the 7 nights we were in Korea, highly recommend and will definitely be back!! P.s. right opp the hotel is a newly opened kalguksu place (Jojo Kalguksu) the seafood pancake is great!

Excellent and spacious family room”
We are a family of five and it’s not easy to find a great family room anywhere. ENA on this aspect is top notch. Spacious, clean family room equipped with 2 showers 1 bath and 2 toilets, plus a washer/dryer combo machine and microwave. Not to mention the bed and pillows are comfortable. We did not feel crowded at all and really enjoyed our stay. Employees were nice too. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Seoul.

Hotel was very conveniently located near to city hall subway. The airport bus stops within walking distance. No pre-booking required. Hotel room was cleaned daily and bed was comfortable. There were lots of eateries directly below the hotel. Namdaemum was within walking distance. Myeongdong can be reached walking through the underground shopping area. As you walk and shop, before you know it, you are already at Myeongdong.

Good location and lots of restaurants ”
The room is big for our luggage and housekeeping is very friendly and keep our room clean at all time .the reception is friendly too and always help to Call for taxi when we requested . Only cons is the washing machine and dryer only 1 set for all to share and there is always a queue as we went during winter and ppl that staying here are mostly family so a lot to wash .

This place is great! there are many food places (korean/ bakery/ chicken and beer, and more) right at the entrance of the hotel. The hotel is very clean and spacious. Beds are clean and firm and it is really easy to get around. Would pick this hotel again. Just note that if you are coming from the train station, there is a short uphill slope to conquer with your luggage but still, worth the stay.

Probably the best decision this trip ”
Booked a standard twin and worried about fitting in with baby but beds were bigger than expected, and the hotel even provided a free cot (tho baby didn't sleep in as was unfamiliar). Location-wise it was very convenient especially for us, nearest to exit 9 of city hall subway which was an elevator exit (other exits are stairways). Line 1 and 2 pretty much gets you wherever you need once you get used to the subway transfers (especially difficult for strollers) Beds were made everyday to standard, room had lots of space for stroller, luggage and all sorts of baby stuff. Laundry in the basement was very useful. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Went out of way to book us a special cab when KakaoT was unavailable due to high demand in cold rainy weather. Overall, really good value, grateful to have had this hotel to stay in. Thanks!

We booked a triple room for 4 nights, we are 3 adults. Room is spacious and clean. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Close to metro and bus station. Water can be requested if you need more. The staff helped us book a taxi (actually a van) going to airport for 110,000 krw, reasonable price. Really enjoyed our stay

Location is brilliant! Just mins to City Hall Station and bus stops to many attractions! It's quiet after working hours or weekend. Room size (40+ sqm) is spacious for 3 of us. Daily provision of slippers and bottled water too. The heater broke down and the hotel swiftly offered us a bigger room for the nights without charge. Front desk staff were warm and kind to direct, recommend and even assisted to make seat reservations for us. Great service! The only con I have is that the hotel is not accessible by limo bus. We took cab from Seoul station (ard 6-7k won). Jumbo taxi from hotel to Incheon airport is 110k won. We were simply too tired to drag the luggages to Arex. Journey took less than 40mins to reach airport as we left the hotel at 8am on Sunday.

the staff were really helpful and friendly, able to converse in english. the room was amazing, huge space and bed was big and comfortable. it was also very clean and i felt very relaxed and comfortable staying in the room. nearest station is city hall but we preferred taking the bus, there are afew bus stops around that can take you to myeong dong, hong dae etc in quite a short duration. the whole stay was very enjoyable and it is very value for money, i would stay here again if i’m back in seoul!

Excellent Location, Food, Room ”
It’s in a business location. Centrally located with lots of good local food and interesting cafes close by. Very close to the train station, 3 minute walk. Staff were polite and helpful. Junior Suite Room was very nice and clean. We got it at a good discount so it was really good quality at that price. Self service laundry in basement is especially useful for a longer stay.

Good Location and Helpful Staff”
Convenient location, great for cold winters. 50m away from Exit 9, Cityhall entrance which is linked underground all the way to Lotte Mall and Myeondong! We came from Seoul Station and took a short cab ride to ENA with all our luggages. Alot of food places around the hotel as well. Will stay there again. Hotel Staff were awesome and friendly, and will call a cab for you anytime!

We booked the studio suite. It was large enough for 4 pax, 2 adults and 2 kids. Location wise is very good. Near line 1/2 of the metro. Surrounding also alot of Korean food choice. Will be back if we coming back to Seoul. Room is spacious and clean.

Good location but not the best”
Hotel is very near to Line 2 Exit 9, about 2 mins walk from the exit. However if you are coming from the airport, you will definitely be coming from Line 1, which is very far away. About 5-10 minutes walk just to reach Line 2 Exit 9 from Line 1. Other than that, the hotel is very well maintained and cleanliness of the room is 👍. The room is also big enough for 2A2C. There are a few restaurants near the hotels and Korea Ginseng Chicken shop is near here too. There is a coin laundry at the basement of the hotel which you can do some quick laundry. Since there is only one, you need to time yourself to go down if there is someone in front of you.

Great location, at the heart of Namdaemun”
Located conveniently within walking distance of the renowned Namdaemun market with eateries and convenience store right at the doorstep. The room is very spacious and clean and the hotel staff are extremely helpful and gracious. They even helped us store our luggages as well as some items that needed refrigeration when we traveled to Jeju for 4 days. Glad we chose to stay at the same hotel when we came back! Truly enjoyed our stay here and would certainly recommend it to our friends as well.

Spacious room in a good location!”
3 ladies stayed here for a night -- room is very spacious, more than enough to accommodate our 29" luggage and mess. The room was very clean and beds were comfy. Only downside is the pillows are very flat and when we called the operator to ask for extra pillow, the guy on night duty said only one extra pillow is FOC and the rest will be charged. I'm like, but there's 3 of us here? We booked a triple room. How does that make sense? Location is a 2 mins walk away from City Hall station exit 9. If you're getting to Seoul station to catch the AREX train from here, note that it's a long walk underground with lots of stairs.
