This was our **second stay** at this hotel. After booking, we found out that the property has been renamed **Sunday Hotel Subang (formerly Empire Hotel)** and is now part of the **OYO network**. Our arrival experience was a bit confusing. We entered through the mall’s basement parking and went up to the 2nd floor, as we did during our previous stay, but it was completely dark and seemed under renovation. Some workers weren’t sure where the check-in counter was. Eventually, we went down to the LG level and found a small paper note saying that check-in was on the **13th floor** — however, there were **no signs or directions inside the elevator**. It would be helpful if the hotel could place clearer signage for guests. The staff on the 13th floor were friendly and informed us honestly that the room currently **does not have hot water, TV, or Wi-Fi**. Since we were only staying one night, we didn’t mind too much. The room itself still looks good — clean and nicely maintained, with the same style as the old Empire Hotel. Overall, the experience was **average but acceptable**. **Pros:** clean room, affordable price, friendly staff. **Cons:** unclear check-in directions, missing facilities (no hot water, TV, Wi-Fi).
