Clean neat and modern”
The room was great with a little kitchenette and all the crockery etc were provided. We were able to cook a hot meal for ourselves there. Room was on the ground floor so it could be a little bright and noisy and its not recommended to open the windows as people could get in. So we kept the shutters down most of the time. Room is spacious and has very helpful nice staff just a short walk away at the EMA hotel. Toilet and shower is very clean and had good supply of towels, soaps and hot water. They also had nespresso machine for use. Overall this was a great place just that you would need to take the tram over, but its near the tram stop for 11 and 14. Would definitely go back if we ever visit switzerland again.

Maja assisted us in our check in which was quite late at night. She was quite thorough in walking us through, giving tips as well on places to go, they were all much appreciated. The apartment is gorgeous and well equipped with amenities. All of the appliances provided are working well and are good reputable brands. One can assume they seem new, and if they aren't, even more kudos because of how well maintained they are. A+ as well for communication. I booked through Agoda and would message them through it and they are quick to respond. Overall we loved our stay and when we find ourselves in Zurich again, will booked with EMA for sure.

I have booked 6 nights at EMA service apartments during my stay in Zurich and it was a pleasant experience! The location was just 15 minutes walk to the main town centre. There were also tram services available and it was so convenient! The kitchen was well equipped and I like the cleaning service which occurs thrice a week. The staff were super friendly and prompt in response. Affordable and excellent stay for family of 4!
