Ema House penthouse ”
A perfect stay! We booked the Penthouse apartment on the 10th floor and it was the best choice. The member of staff met us to hand over the keys and show us the facilities. Very friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed,modern built in oven dishwasher etc. Bathroom had great shower which didn’t leak unlike some places we have stayed in before. Beds were comfortable with nice bedding. Living area was great,comfortable sofa with flat screen TV. The TV unfortunately had one problem,the UK channels,BBC ITV etc had audio description enabled which was a bit of a pain. The Menu facility on the TV was disabled so we couldn’t turn it off. One great tip from the staff member was to exit the building at level 5 which brought you out onto the street next to the tram stops,great tip! Overall a wonderful choice,we would return to Ema in a heartbeat! Thanks to all the staff.

Good stay with young children ”
Good size apartment wish spacious space for children to play(They enjoyed the stay). Kitchen is well-equipped and love it. 2 toilets but only one with shower and WC. Overall, a good stay. I having hard time to locate the hotel reception(perhaps it’s me cos lost the way) and the distance from HB station is about 15mins. Challenging to walk with luggages, young kids and elderly mother on first arrival day. After that, we keep taking bus to main station that within 5mins

I arrived on my birthday and I was given a small bottle of wine and a sweet note from the staff, love it! Place was spotless, fully equipped with things to make it feel like your own place (utensils, salt and pepper, toiletries, etc). Several tram stops nearby. Great view of the lake from my unit. Really loved my stay here and love the staff. Thank you for making it a memorable birthday!

Our stay at EMA apartments was nothing but perfect. The apartment had ample space for 3 adults and all amenities that one could ask for. The location is 2 stations away by tram from Zurich HB which was super easy to figure out. We had the view of the lake which was also a plus. The staff at the reception were very helpful with figuring out the nearest stations to our destinations and qere always happy to help. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend this place for families.

역 바로 앞은 아니지만 걸어서 이동할 수 있을 정도의 거리라 이동도 아주 편했구요 직원분들 모두 친절하시고 시설이 너무너무 마음에 들었습니다❤️ 다만 건물 자체가 되게 조용하고 근처에 지나는 사람도 별로 없어서 혼자 여행하시는 분들이면 밤에 좀 무서우실 순 있어요 이건 제가 쫄보라 그런거지만ㅋㅋ 그리고 걸어서 2-3분내로 마트같은게 없는것도 살짝 아쉽구요ㅠㅠ 그래도 너무 잘 지낸곳이라 혹 다음에 취리히 또 오게 된다면 다시 머물 생각입니다ㅎㅎ

Well equipped kitchen with dish washing machine, perfect for making breakfast/ dinner! Just a few minutes walk from the meeting point of local tours! The place is spacious and clean. Incredibly friendly staff.
