First and best experience”
First time in Banyuwangi and amazing stay at eL Hotel Royale Banyuwangi. We arrived very late at night around 00.30 but some staff still awake and welcomed us warmly. Eventhough we check in for the next night, they allowed us to drop our luggage. All the staff astonishingly friendly and warm hearted. The room was huge and clean. Room service was very helpful, they provide our needs. We checked out very early in the morning around 3 a.m and asked to provide rice box for our breakfast and they fulfilled it. Best experience ever

Great hotel to stay in! Breakfast is magnificent, rooms clean and modern. The staff is very professional and kind. I don’t have anything to complain about… Except for the gym maybe, there were not that many machines/weights available. Also, a scale was missing in the gym.

This hotel has a very clean and modern room with good food for room service, not many hotels that can cook indonesian traditional food and it taste like the way it should be. Most hotel can't but this hotel can.

Overall the hotel is really great with all the facilities and I would like to consider the hotel as five star hotel if they have specialty restaurant. I give 8/10 for the overall satistaction. To achieve 10/10 they just need to pay attention to the small details which are: 1. The doors seems to have some problems (engineering and housekeeping to check the door lock system) with the automatic lock. It always makes noisy sound like the door is not fully locked. 2. Senses of urgency to greet and welcome the guest. My sister and I first arrived at the hotel with seperate cars. There was only one bellman standby and that only greeted and forget to help my sister to bring the luggage. My sister asked him, then he realized what needs to do. My car was behind them and while he was too busy handling my sister's lugagge, there is no one pay attention and helped me with mine. There were two front desk agent at that time, one of them i thought should help to welcome the guest instead of staying on the counter considering there was no other guest except me and my sister at that time. Maybe refreshment training about personalize service will help to improve the level of service, so that the hotel will be perfect. Overall it is really a nice hotel Thankyou
