Central, clean, good room with shower, lavatory, toilets, check in and out very simple and by computer. Personnal very reactive by e-mail when you need something. I recommand.

Great price at central location, automated check in and out was smooth, no problem at all, my request of a room on lower level was accommodated, I booked economy room which was small but has everything needed. Perfect for short stays and budget travelers. Negative reviews are from people expecting some high end service for this price, they forgot they’re in Switzerland...

Basic but good enough”
The location is easily reachable by bus or walking. Check in at 3pm without staff is quite straightforward but as it’s strictly from 3pm onwards, you’ll see many people crowding at that time. We stayed at the 3rd floor which requires some climbing. Fortunately they had a lift for luggages. The room can be quite warm in the summer but thank goodness for the fans you can use. The room is basic but for the price I think it’s expected. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of restaurants around the area.

All is flexible and convenient! Please do remember to bring physical card to pay in case the machine can not sense the e-pay. The noise-proof of facility is not very well. (People next door of mine played loud music at room could be heard…) Please behave yourself while staying.

Very small hotel”
As the name suggests, it's really an EASY hotel. Easy in terms of check-in and check-out as it's all done by yourself through the kiosks but check-in is strictly only at 3pm which can be a headache to visitors who reached earlier. They do have lockers for you if you happen to reach early but it's chargeable. So don't expect much of a service here. Rooms are pathethically small as well. If you have two persons to a room with big luggages, you probably have to take turns to pack your luggage as there isnt ample space. Would only recommend this for a one-night short stay.

No eleveator, no reception, no cradit card accepted. We ha to give secreat pin number which would send cash to the hotel. This not secure at all. The machine do not recive banknote. We almost lost non refund money.

We requested for lower ground rooms as we have many luggages with us & we got it! 🤩 The self check-in process is so easy & they have luggage room if you arrived before the check-in time. The room is nice & clean. Even the staff is efficient & helpful! Our locker password got mixed up & couldn’t open it so we call the hotline number & the staff answer it right away to help us 💯

It in Swiss but no choice if you want budget”
Despite the price is consider lowest in Zurich. Did not know that the facility is soooo simple. Not really worth it compare to many country. (Sorry that I make a comparison even though I should not) If you follow the map to get to the hotel, it consider pretty far and it difficult to push big carrier to the hotel. However if you know another route. It easy to get there though but normally you won’t know unless you had been there. If you are just going to stay for short while and have small carrier then it is still fine as it cheapest among the nearby hotel (still consider expensive though) if you had really big carrier then I advise try not to get this hotel.

good for a night or two”
the room is very tiny, no staffs to checkin but a few computers, but it was easy to check in. there is a small luggage elevator. we needed hot water kettle and there isn't one in the room and they don't provide any as we called, luckily i found one in the other floor, left next to the luggage elevator. what is it about zurich hotels and their lack of hot water kettle?
