I stayed in one room ... faulty electricity ... every 3 minutes switched off ..so you had to go to the door press the key back for 3 minutes and restart again....staff at the weekend were absolutely super ...the best ...he changed my room 107....as soon as I talked to him about problem ...new room 210 ..TV did not work even the gentleman from the reception tried.so hard ....so one night no light in the room ....one night no TV .... otherwise very helpful staff

We ordered and payed for king sized bed and got twin room. With comment "The booking portal messed up and we send you message". This message was never received via any possible communication channel that we provided for booking. The heating in the room was not working properly and with thin blankets was not that cozy during the night.

Motel like hotel”

in my opinion this hotel is weird, is kind of divided in two parts, main building and then looks like it has an underground parking and then there's a second building were you have to walk outside the lobby to go to second building, like any motel in the USA - it was okay for last minute booking and just to spend couple of nights

Unfriendly staff”

The hotel is ok but you you need to have a very good mood to stay here, the staff was very unfriendly

A bit old and rusty ”

I would not recommend this hotel: 1. The staff was not really welcoming. We had the feeling to bother them. We asked twice to have a refill of our shower gel which was empty when we arrived but they never did it. 2. The shower head and the door of the shower were broken. Unable to close the bedroom window, the handle was non-existent. 3. We were so close to our room neighbors that we had the pleasure of hearing all their conversation and breathing in the good smell of their cigarettes. 4. The breakfast quality was pretty poor. The only good thing is the location which is perfectly centered and you’re able to do everything by walking.

The hotel from hell”

The air conditioning in all the rooms are not working. My room was 30 degrees at night. We asked for another room, they refused to give us another room. Other guests had the same experience. Breakfast was disgusting, I went out to buy breakfast, don’t stay here.

The hotel is permanently closed ”

This hotel was closed. I was relocated to another hotel from the same company and everything was great there. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good, room clean. A great experience overall. I just wish I knew ahead of time that the location I chose first is no longer operating

Terrible experince”

We could barely could stay for one night. We were given a roof room even we paid for studio one. After we insisted we got a "better" room. Terrible breakfast. Overall room cleanliness was not great. Not recommended.

Great value for money”

We stayed in EA Hotel Crystal Palace for 3 days. Though the hotel is located in a by-lane, the taxi drivers had no trouble finding it. The hotel is only a five minutes walk from the metro station. The breakfast was good and the breakfast room very nicely appointed. The room we stayed in was small but neat and clean. The bed was comfortable. The only issue was that, there was no shower curtain so the toilet got flooded every time we took a shower. We would specially like to highlight that the service of Michael, Michaella and also the other bearded gentleman at the reception were exceptionally helpful and nice! The other member of staff in the breakfast area were also very nice and polite and always greeted us with a smile. We highly recommend this hotel as it is well worth every penny.

No "real" four stars hotel”

Generally it is a good business hotel, but it definitely was not what I expect from a four star hotel. On an internationally comparable scale, it is max 2 stars.

Close to the center”

Hotel only for sleeping. 10 minutes walk to the beginning of the center. Very small rooms. The bathroom smells annoying. Hygiene is satisfactory. A good choice because I care about cleanliness, proximity to the center and the safety of the neighborhood.

Perfect hotel for the price”

I would recommend this to any travellers, very helpful and friendly reception staff.
