Been to a all inclusive 5star hotels like Hard Rock Resort and Moon Palace in Cancun,theyre like large resort and you really need to get a golf cart to go lots of restaurants and the beaches. This resort is small ,we get it....Ok first the employees need to get more educated when it comes to customer service, they dont even know your name and they talk back to you in Spanish..The 5 star resorts i did mention knows your name for the rest of the week you're there. Second food in all the restaurants sucks and when you tell the waiter something they forgot even in Spanish, food get serve way too long, the drinks really sucks , you paid for all inclusive preferred service like VIP but yeah really to wait for drink was like 45 mins sometimes and they run out of those cocktails like cocoloco a lot,why? Third the beach was the only one i love ,its clean and just gorgeous...the pools not heated so its soooo freezing cold . The jacuzzi just one but on weekends is also packed with kids. We got our own swim up pool in our room because we were in the corner room ,its nice but its freezing cold. The only best one i can tell everyone was the bed and pillows,I slept so great in my 5 days and 4 nights stay ....Their mamajuana were too watered. The entertainment crew just Scooby was the best one, most of them they were not friendly....For the price of what we paid for it is not worth it, go somewhere else more cheaper

Food was barely edible even at the preferred clubs. The front desk took over an hour to check us in and Mercedes at the front desk made our experience horrible. Especially when checking out. For some reason she was super aggressive and even told me that she doesn’t care about the guest and even went to say she would still have a job without us, I don’t know how that would be possible. Spend your money at one of the other hundreds of resorts in the area!

Tout est magnifique, resort de luxe. Tout était vraiment parfait.. Une literie et une suite familiale exceptionnelles. Le staff fait son maximum pour que l on se sente bien.. Le kids club est génial, les activités très diverses.. Volley, pétanque.. Le Spa est très abordable, très propre, les massages très bien exécutés... Je recommande sur tous points avec ou sans enfant, notre séjour au Dreams D

Traumurlaub trotz Corona”
Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser Top Hotel-Anlage. Schon beim ersten Besuch waren wir durchweg begeistert von dem Angebot und der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Es gibt mehrere A la Carte Restaurants und mehrere am Abend besuchen. Uns hat persönlich der Japaner (Showcooking) und der Franzose (Portionen klein, aber sehr sehr fein) beeindruckt. Beim Buffet Lokal gibt es (selbst in der Corona Zeit) eine große Auswahl. Jeden Abend gab es eine Live Show Event, obwohl kaum Gäste im Hotel waren. Selbst am riesigen Strand waren kaum Menschen. Trotzdem war das Personal stets da und hat einem alle Wünsche erfüllt, und die wenigen Gäste stets gut unterhalten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und frisch renoviert. Es wurde alles regelmäßig und ordentlich gesäubert. Sonderwünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt. Wir haben uns zum zweiten Mal sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Hotel und werden sicher wiederkommen. Diese Bewertung hat das Hotel mehr als Verdient, obwohl wir eher schweigende Genießer sind. Wir hatten Bedenken das in der Corona Zeit das Angebot stark eingeschränkt wäre. Dem war es ganz und gar nicht so. Es waren nicht jeden TAG ALLE lokale geöffnet, was man aber unter normalen Bedingungen ehh gar nicht schaffen würde. Somit haben wir nichts von den Einschränkungen bemerkt. Im Gegenteil, wir haben es genossen das Hotel so exklusiv nutzen zu können.

Traum-Urlaub in der Lockdown Zeit”
Wir waren im November zum zweiten Mal in dieser Top Hotel-Anlage. Beim letzten Mal waren wir schon durchweg begeistert. Das Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Strand und dessen Lage ist ein Traum, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Jederzeit steht einem ein große Auswahl an allen !!! möglichen Getränken zur Verfügung, an mehreren Bars die fussläufig im Minutentakt zu erreichen sind. Auch an Restaurants mangelt es in kleinster Weise. Sowohl das Hauptrestaurant als auch die vielen A la carte Restaurants ( Japaner ( Showkochen, sehr zu empfehlen), Italiener, Franzose ( Sternemenue, kleine Portionen aber vom einsten ), Einheimisch und diverse andere).
