Everyone I spoke with was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom large and clean. LOTS of clean towels. The small refrigerator worked a treat. As a Universal partner hotel they have Universal staff on site that are also very helpful. They answered no end of questions from me over the 4 days. Check in was easy, quick and included the Double tree cookie. Check out was just as simple.
