everything excellent except upon leaving the system is not good. We missed the shuttle ferry and we were standing at the top of the hill for the ferry with no direction from staff. I haven't checked out at a front desk for 20 years but this hotel said it is mandatory on the last day when i asked why the boat left without us. There should be a big sign in your room ...

I enjoyed my stay in Sunhouse Samana. The place located at a distant from a pier up on the hill, but with a really nice view of a bay. My room was large enough with a qween size bed, but there was no cleaning service for all 3 days I stayed there.
