You can walk about 8 minutes from Interlaken west station or you can take the bus no.21 to this hotel. If you don't worry about it, this hotel is one of the best hotel in interlaken west for you because there have many good staffs and the breakfast is just call Quality material and varieties things that you must love it.

Stayed 3 nights during June summer in this hotel. It is about 10-15 mins walk from Interlaken OST station. There is a bus which you can take for just one stop but the frequency is 30 mins interval. 10 mins walk to Interlaken West train station. Some rooms are viewing Jungfrau and it is the best value if you are choose this kind of rooms. Front Desk will give you free transportation card for Interlaken after you check in and it is useful to travel the whole Interlaken.

The check in process is so hard that the host only allow us to call them. There are cooking utensils but no laundry. The room is spacious and clean. There is no elevator. We urged the host a lot of times to collect the fee.

I absolutely loved this place, such a huge place with everything what you need. Beautiful view, 100% equipped with Kitchen, very big apartment with a very nice owner. Especially my daughter loved the kids toys. walkable distance to everything, i would love to go again to this place

The only thing that I feel needs to be improved is the check-in time. 4pm is too late. It's like check-in and will not be able to do any activity anymore for the day (especially we came in winter where the sun set was fast). We came early so we need to bother the staff to open the counter for us. At least to leave our bags. The girl staff/caretaker was really helpful....
