We are in Suite Family 104.. the bedroom is clean, the bathroom is clean & the water heater works well, the air conditioning is cold, the staff is friendly, especially DAYU who was very helpful during the check-in process, the initial plan was to book for 2 nights but we ended up extending our booking, it's easy to find food, there are options for both Muslims & non-Muslims.. close to the night market (Pasar Senggol Gianyar), just a 5-minute walk, the swimming pool is clean, the laundry is only a 1-minute walk away. In our opinion, everything is according to the facts.. Thank you DANTE & Agoda.

With fairly good room facilities, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the entire hotel including the bathroom and every floor looks neglected and never touched. The mirror near the entrance is extremely dirty, and the bathroom smells quite bad and is very dirty. It seems that this hotel can only accommodate guests... but does not care about the quality of the hotel and cleanliness.
Room 104 spacious, Bedroom clean, Bathroom clean, Shower & water heater okay, there is a Refrigerator & TV (Local Indonesian broadcast), Swimming pool Clean and comfortable for swimming.. Good Staff especially DAYU who was very nice in providing convenience during Check-in (Wishing you good health always & may all your intentions be facilitated) 🙏 Thank you Capital O Dante & Agoda.

A very nice hotel on a small quiet road. Staff were very friendly and picked up my laundry for me when I couldn't. Was clean. A very good and cheap restaurant with western dishes is less than 200 meters away.
