Lovely hotel , really big rooms and comfy beds. Excellent breakfast ( though switch pancake machine off too early !) . Staff very helpful and friendly even when my daughters backlpack was lost (and subsequently found ) when we left in the hotel luggage hold . Whilst location not far from Dublin the traffic makes it a longer journey and on average €25-30 which mounts up if you are in and out of city

'Fawlty Towers' right now - needs a new General Manager!”
We stayed as a 4 person family with a special needs child over the bank holiday w/end (Sat & Sun nights) when the hotel would have been expecting its highest numbers since Covid started. How unprepared they were is down to total lack of general management. Some of our experiences detailed as follows: Our room shower had no hot water - it was half-warm at most and tended to get cold every 1-2 mins. We told reception (twice) - nothing was done (even on the Sat). Room was freezing in the mornings as the temperature control was on 'auto'. We asked them to fix this. A nice lady came up to our room. Not fixed. Breakfast was an utter mess on both mornings. It was actually worse on Bank Holiday Monday: when we were finally allowed in (had to queue over 10 mins on both mornings out in the foyer): no croissants, no bowls, no juice glasses, no white bread, all juice containers required refilling, scrambled eggs were soggy; breakfast manager was running round like a headless chicken trying to clear tables; waiters had no idea what their individual responsibilities were. I have worked in this business for many years. Clearly there had not been a pre-service meeting assigning tasks. The kitchen didn't seem to give a hoot and didn't once come out to check what was low themselves. Appalling lack of professionalism and communication. Customers (politely and tolerantly) just hung around waiting for things to be addressed.. Bar restaurant was barely a tad better with a waiter walking around to various tables asking who had ordered 2 glasses of wine (seriously!).. Oh and if that wasn't enough, Crowne Plaza Blanchardstown states that 2pm late check out is available (on their Agoda page). Given that we have a special needs child who can only eat his special food in his room at noon, we had requested this facility, but were told by a cold receptionist ('Aaron') on that Monday morning that it would not be possible as the hotel was "fully booked" and that was it. Booked two rooms in Crowne Plaza Blanchardstown as a family of four. All our requests were met, which we were very impressed with. Would recommend this hotel with no reservations at all.

Love this hotel”
I have stayed here a few times and always have a great experience. I come to facilitate interviews for work and stay as a guest as well. The event staff are excellent always doing everything they can to help and the IT staff are always on the ball and very professional. The whole hotel from the lobby, to the room to the restaurant are fantastic. I look forward to coming here and it makes a work very easy and a lovely experience. I try to make time for the carvery on Sunday as it's a real treat.

Gorgeous Hotel”
My room was big as was the bathroom with gorgeous interior and the most comfortable mattress. Really couldn't fault anything. Loved the breakfast - I think I was the first to arrive on the dot of opening time and the presentation and choice was excellent, look out for the piles of pastries and pain au chocolat! The IT team Mark and John were outstanding so our video conferencing actually ran on time and without a hitch.

Lovely hotel but room was on the side of the hotel which faces onto the road and it was VERY noisy during the night so if you are coming to stay ask for a car park facing room. Breakfast was really good and location is very handy off the main road.

More staff needed at checkout.”
Checking in was seamless, however, same could not be said for checkout the next day. Only one member of staff was left to cope with same. We had to wait 15mins whilst he checked in & labled bags for storage for 3 individuals. By the time I reached the desk another large group had arrived and a large queue had formed. Not good enough as the receptionist was seriously under pressure though remained courteous & most pleasant. Service in bar was extremely slow we had to wait 30min for the 1st course to arrive. Waitress was very friendly but again bar seemed understaffed.

Ridiculously noisy”
Went to this hotel as we were going on a business trip and needed somewhere in the area to stay. Might as well not have bothered as the room was so noisy as it is beside the n3 that we got no sleep at all. The room was also uncomfortably cold. Food wasn’t great either.
