Fantastic Experiene”
We loved everything about the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and very supportine. It was lockdown period and restaurants were closed after 7 pm so we ordered food from outside. Hotel staff was extremely nice and gave us plates, forks. spoons and made us feel very comfortable. Overall the staff at the front desk were excellent. Check-in and check-out were very smooth as well. I highly recommend the hotel.

Marriott didn't disappoint. Traveling on a budget with children, trying to get the most value for our money, this hotel was a fantastic option to meet our needs! At Marriott kids under. 11 stay free - even in Europe where is is almost unheard. No worries about safety and cleanliness. Located meters from busy metro and hub of public transport. Staff super friendly and helpful! Can't say that one enough! At Courtyard you won't find plushness and luxury but you will find everything you depend on and need.

Excellent Choice for Zurich trip”
Clean room at the 5 minute train station to Zurich with smiling friendly staff. Coop is a next door. When I called the hotel reception that I have misplaced my shopping bag at the lobby, he kindly arranged a taxi driver to deliver the bag to me at the air port. I definitely will stay there again next time.

Great stay in Courtyard Marriot”
The hotel is strategically located near the Oerlikon HB. It is very convenient. Just across the street, there is a Coop, a huge supermarket where you can get all your essentials and food stuff. The train station is just a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommend.

Clean and quiet”
The hotel isn't far from the Oerlikon subway station, but since it has underwent renovation and the bad weather during our visit made it more difficult to find. Thanks to a helpful local guy who helped us direct to the correct location. The room is spacious and clean, but the down side is that Internet is not free in rooms so we have to go out and stay at the reception area to get free wifi. Tip: You can take the day pass to get unlimited public transport within the city, saves you time and effort.

Comfortable, clean, spacious”
Room is big, its worth the money paid. It is a conventional business hotel. Wifi speed is good. Staff is attentive and friendly. To go to Banhostrasse, you just need to take a train which is 2 stops away. Airport is 20 minutes away from train ride. By taxi it will takes 10 minutes only.

Good location, clean, friendly staff, room not fully equiped”
Location very good, close to the train station, which brings to you the center in 5 min. Room was very clean. We didn't take breakfast, due to too expensive. We were missing some standard things in the room, such as toothpaste, body lotion, the minibar was empty, no bottle water in the room, and no spoon, and things like that. Staff was very friendly, and helpful.

we were warmly welcomed by the reception desk and though we were early in our check in, we were given our room. the fault with our TV remote control was fixed in the shortest of time...I have had really bad experiences with hotels of even better ratings.

Really nice hotel but lacking in service.”
The room itself was really nice and comfortable. However service was lacking and the selling point of being close to the train station is false. They do not really have room service. It is more like take out in that you have to go downstairs to order then pick up your order or you have to hire a wait-staff person (if one is available) to bring you a menu and your meal. A featured selling point for this hotel is that it is close to the main city center train station. In fact it is a 30 minute 45 euro taxi ride from the station. You can order a hotel shuttle to/from the station for 15 euro BUT you have to schedule it at least 24 hours in advance.

Not cheap, decent hotel but wouldn’t come again ”
The hotel doesn’t really have any amenities /facilities. You get a nice, okay-sized room with basic toiletries, and that’s it. There is a gym, but the Agoda description says there is a spa- There is none. Parking fee is hefty here - will cost you CHF 50 to stay for the duration. You might consider finding another hotel with free parking. Anyhow, this hotel suit someone else but definitely not us. Marriott usually provides better packages. Disappointing stay.
