It was all good. Nothing to complain about here at all. Easy parking, easy check in, decent breakfast, good wifi. All absolutely fine. The Kavalerie hotel is a small hotel in cute decoration and located in the city center of Karlovy Vary. The room is ok, not luxurious but clean and quiet, just sometimes you will hear the stepping from the other people walking up and down the stairs. Very pleasant, unique experience, with simple breakfast set you choose when you check in your room, and served at your door steps in the morning, you choose the time you like your breakfast to be delivered. Staff are nice, and speak decent English. Food at the restaurant is superb. New hotel with everything quite new, andvery clean.

overall i´m satisfied with this hotel which is placed in city center. in my opinion this is most probably one of best hotels in ostrava, but bit old in some areas /service,lifts etc./. rooms are refurbished and generally there is nothing to complain about. breakfast was very tasty, but from my previous experience i can also recommend restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Izjemno neprijazno in neurejeno osebje! Nikogar v "recepciji" - treba je bilo čakati - "receptor" neurejen, neprijazen, celo sovražen, jezikovno "podkovan" edino v češkem jeziku - pa še to slabo. Pretty good hotel with great localization but not recommended for drivers. Very small parking so i have to pay 200CZK extra.

Good food and helpful staff

It was great ( rooms, facilities, service) it met my expectation I'll be back.

Hotel is a part of the university dormitory which brings lot of challenges. It was a bit noisy there, no restaurants around, shared bathroom and distant location from city center. However the price seems fair for what you get and room was clean.

the room was spacious, bright and well furnished. staff didn't speak much English but you can get away with speaking Polish here, the Czechs should understand. the breakfast scrambled eggs were on point too! even though it's a bit far from Ostrava centre, it was worth the journey.

Exceptional, especially the staff were very good and supportive.

I needed to stay two nights and have a hotel not too far from the main sports arena. PTH was the closest available. The route to there was quite easy. Since I had no luggage worth mentioning, it was easy to walk there from the main bus station (more than 1 km though). If you have luggage, take a taxi, since no public transport goes there, at least not along Volgogradsk...

It was nice to stay at this hotel. Kind staff and there were restaurant so you can have meal there. We stayed second floor and could use wifi. There had towels but no shampoo or something like that so you should bring.

Horal hotel does not have the quality as a four star hotel: one star too much! It is located outside the city center. The staff is not very friendly except for the staff in Panorama restaurant! We were here last March visiting Adrspach rocks. The hotel provided good food with large servings. they were also very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for those visiting Adrspach since it is just a 5 minute walk from the park.

Very grand and made to feel very welcome. However, a note for those travelling in the summer - we were there in August and it was far too hot! No air con - so we were suffering in the rooms. It's a good location for visiting the nearby sand stone forests and the old town square is charming. It certainly is a little Prague without the crowds. I would have like dcomplime...

Location set amongst lovely mountain scenery. Particularly good for holiday with a large group of friends or those who want to downhill ski and try cross country. Rooms basic but comfortable and clean. Friendliness of staff was a particular highlight for us. They spoke English and were very warm & helpful.

Location is great for getting to the skiing areas quickly. Room was not cleaned, towels not replaced and the breakfast was limited with the options (1 juice, 1 jam, 1 sausage etc). Must must try the cake that does not have a name but a nutty and wholesome receipe uniquely created by the cafeteria host. It has peanut butter in it among a host of other ingredients. Best cake that I’ve ever tasted.

Room was ultra clean, has been renovated and probably the best pension we stayed at for our trip through Czech. Staff were awesome and I had made a booking mistake with dates via Agoda, the reception staffed fixed it without hassle. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Excellent as always at Mcely, but they have improved the chef and now have much healthier options. We had a private use of the Alychmest club room for an evening with its own Wurlitizer - very relaxing and romantic

Everything was perfect, good value. Buffet breakfast was excellent except I would have like hard boiled eggs (there was eggs but cooked differently). The room was on the top floor facing the city and very quiet. Beds were very comfortable and the A/C was great to have in July

Location is very convenient. There is parting lot for free. If you drive car, this hotel must be a good choice. Room is very clean. Breakfast is good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We take pictures with staff, she made me feel nice.

We spent a plaeasant time at Hotel U Kata. The Hotel has a good milieu. Room and common places are clean. Breakfast was various and fine. Location of the hotel is fairly good. First and last the value for money is perfectly good.

Very central location in Mlada Boleslav. Staff is friendly, some rooms are renovated in a modern design. Breakfast is good except for some stale bread. Good restaurant in the same building. Recommended!
