It's not my first time staying here. Generally speaking, I like this hotel, and the service in here is absolutely nothing to complain about. Breakfast is the best of all my trips, and room is nice too. Some part maybe WiFi is a little weak, but they can provide free routers to amplify the signal, so no problem. Perfect location with the bars and restaurants of Getsemani and the walled city in walking distance. Pretty rooms with high ceiling, aircon and fan, nice little breakfast. Only complaint: the place has an awesome big rooftop terrace, but only three hammocks up there under a small roof, besides that no shade and no chairs or anything.

WOW, it was the best choice for us. The whole area of the object is very well maintained. There are plants everywhere, which makes the surroundings very climatic. Quiet neighborhood, great place for snorkelling. Food is very tasty, employees always smiling and helpful in every matter. I highly recommend.

The folks here were very pleasant and friendly. You need to get a taxi to town, and it's not the easiest to find. So a good option for a night before flying onwards as very close to the airport. They organised a taxi for us at 3am to get to the airport and came and knocked on our room to check we were awake - a thoughtful touch. Cheap and good wifi and aircon.

Our stay was fine overall and we were very pleased with the friendliness of the hotel staff. I believe the most useful piece of advice that I would give to potential guests is that they should be aware that the resort does not compare to other all-inclusive properties in other parts of the world and that San Andres does not offer the amenities that many package-holiday...
