Worst hotel stay in Norway”

Had booked a room at Clarion With, but was told by receptionist that the room only has lights in the toilet, the bedroom light is not working, and asked if we are fine with this. Obviously not, as how can we stay in a room without any lights. Was given the option to get a room at Clarion Aurora which is just option With, at no additional charge. Took up this option, but wasn’t too happy with it, wasn’t given any discount for the change in rooms considering the price I had pre-paid is actually quite high. Was given a rather big room with a queen bed and a queen size sofa bed, but this was not what I needed considering it’s only me and my wife. Room was also in a poor condition. Lights were dim, heater wasn’t working and found a cockroach in the kettle and 2 small cockroaches in the conditioner. Overall very disgusted by my stay here as compared to Scandic next door which is so much better

Wonderful view”

The view was magnificent viewing the snow mountain, meal was good but could have more choice. Surprise that the coffee machine and hot water dispenser was still available at late night which come in needly at cold weather.

Excellent hotel in Tromso”

A short walk from the Airport Express Bus last stop. Excellent location with a nice view (worth the upgrade). Friendly staff. Breakfast, Waffle making and Evening meal are included. Great variety of food. You won't go hungry staying here. Will definitely be back.

Value for money ”

We just randomly booked a hotel cos wasnt fimiliar with tromso at all. To our pleasant surprise, it's a good random booking! Location was great to meet up points nearby got aurora chase, breakfast was good with a good variety and tea break was served (which we ended up skipping lunch & money). Will definitely stay here again if we were to visit tromso.

Perfect location and abundant food ”

Fantastic location and lots of great healthy free food. We got to see then Northern lights from right outside the hotel and could just duck inside for free coffee inbetween to keep warm.

Located 5mins away from the central shopping area of Tromso, you can easily purchase your airport transfer ticket from the luggage collection area at the airport. The staff were approachable and friendly. Food was provided where you can self-make your own waffles.

Good hotel, great value”

This hotel represents great value with the inclusion of breakfast, dinner and afternoon tea on top of a very nice hotel. The additional cost of a deluxe room with view across the fjord to the mountains is worth the expense. While this may not be the cheapest hotel n Tromso, if you had to buy breakfast and dinner in addition to your hotel room you would need a second or third mortgage as prices in Tromso are outrageous ($50 for a chain store pizza). So inclusion of food, coffee, fruit and waffles makes this a great choice in Tromso.

靠近碼頭，看過去對面就是教堂，很美，從酒店走去遊客中心也很方便，報當地的極光團大多數都會去飯店接送，從公車站下車走路大概3分鐘就能到，缺點是早餐跟晚餐都不好吃

조식, 석식 포함에 간단한 점심 간식까지 제공되어 합리적인 가격에 편안하게 묵을 수 있습니다. 공항버스 정류장과도 멀지 않아 이동이 용이합니다. 다만 객실 내에 커피포트가 없는 점은 조금 불편했습니다. 1층 식당을 항상 열어놓아서 뜨거운 물을 받을 수 있지만 내려가기 번거로웠습니다.
