Swimming pool and spa facilities are great bonus for guests to use, really enjoyed utilising them. Hotel provides a good breakfast selection. Hotel however is outside Interlaken area, so access to hotel would need extra costs, if you are travelling using pass. Near to the hotel there are free outdoor sports and gaming activities, which are nice to spend time in."

"The room was a very basic one that met all the requirements of a cost-conscious traveller. I brought along my own toiletries, but otherwise they provided an all-in-one body/hair soap. Kettle could be borrowed at the reception for a CHF 20 deposit. Hair dryer was weak and dated (it’s not your conventional hair dryer…). The room was good sized and came with a TV that I did not use. It was located under a 5 mins walk to the Wengen station and Coop Supermarket. They did not provide bottled water, but that was fine as Evian is cheap in Switzerland and you could get it at Coop. The reception staff was super helpful and that was very important for someone new to the area. One major problem was that it didn’t come with an elevator and I had to haul a luggage half my weight up the stairs by myself (the kitchen staff did not offer to help despite seeing me struggle but the janitor did and I really appreciated his help!). It was an overall very pleasant stay!"
