Stavanger hotels & accommodations

My friend and I had a very enjoyable 2-night stay at this hotel. It was nice to wake up to an extensive breakfast buffet each day and the Internet service was fast. The hotel shuttle bus to/from the airport stops directly in front of the hotel. In addition, the hotel is centrally located and walking distance to supermarkets, bus/train terminal, car rental agency and mo...

Benedicte is a great hostess. Even before we arrived months ago, she made reservations and recommendations for dinner. She is warm and very friendly. She knew we wanted to hike up to the Pulpit Rock but advised us to do the next day instead because of the weather conditions. She had printed out a copy of the weather forecast at Preikestolen ( Pulpit Rock) when we arriv...

Great stay! Best we had in Norway. Comfy bed, large rooms, close to shopping, great breakfast, helpful staff... the list goes on. The only thing to note is that the hotel is currently undergoing some renovations and the work starts at 8am. It was not a problem for us because we wake up early for our sightseeing plans. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!

It's only 5 min walk to the bus terminal and train station. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. It's walking distance to all major sites and easy to get back to the hotel for a short rest. The room design and interiors were very pretty. I really liked the light green and yellow used in the room. The breakfast was fantastic! I truely enjoyed the stay t...

We were a group of 11 at Comfort Hotel Square and thought it was very good value for money. The breakfast on both days was amazing - one of the best buffet breakfasts I've had with the range & quality of food. The late check out on Sunday was also perfect, allowing us to shower after our hike to Pulpit Rock & before we had to fly home to London. Definitely would rec...

We were pleasantly received at the hotel, the staff were always very happy and friendly. One in particular loved a chat and always took good care of us(thanks Gordon!). The room felt a little too small, but was acceptable. Some more shelving or a better coordination of space for storage needs some improvement. Food was great, although vegetarian options were scarce, at...

Real reviews for hotels
Stavanger is a cute city and it can connect you to the amazing Preikestolen by the Ferry from this city.
This city is just excellent. It is the gateway to the Pulpit Rock walk; the Lysefjord and many more outdoor opportunities.
Stavanger is a nice city with alot of history. Very wide-spread surrounding areas with many different attractions like tours, nature and history.
Visit the beautiful 'Old Town' with its cobbled streets and white wooden houses...and don't forget your camera.
A very clean and beautiful little city located on a fjord. Lovely wooden buildings, particularly in old stavanger, and charming narrow cobbled streets.
Stavanger is an expensive city by any standard...food and drink are particularly so. However, very quaint harbour with nice cobbled back streets that include many nice bars and restaurants.
