"I called the hotel twice before booking with you Jose Vega was so professional. He found us a room even though the hotel was very full. I liked working with him. Idalie at the front desk was wonderful I forgot my phone charger and she helped me find one to use. She even offered to let me use hers. I so appreciated her. When checking in. Roger helped us with luggage and was so welcoming The refreshing drinks he brought us were delicious. The complimentary breakfast was great with many selections to choose from. The hotel was so clean and the room was excellent. When checking out, Hedling Calero was so professional She thanked us for staying at the hotel and genuinely invited us to come back. This was our second time staying with you and we definitely will be with you again. We left for Quepos the next day to stay at a house with a group of 14. We told them about your hotel and how well we were treated. We hope some will book with you next year. Thank you again Carole Biloki"
